New tires mounted & balanced, alignment done, 2 of 3 electrical issues resolved although they told me that all 3 issues were fixed. Now I have to wait a week for another appointment for them to fix what they said they fixed.

I am very upset with the customer service at this Auto Mall of the jeep, Madeline helped me for not knowing how to speak English, we were discriminated against and poorly treated, no professional ethics after a bad treatment, they gave me the jeep that had not reached 2 miles and the jeep suffered an overheating of the engine, I had to leave it next to the cart and return to the jeep, they had to go look for it and service it, the mechanic is a very good person, my respect for him, but Madeline is not for That I was working with an audience and less with people who do not know how to speak English very well, it is necessary to be professional and treat everyone equally well.
