Disappointing Experience with AC Repair at White Auto Mall Honda Service in Hopkinsville Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5 stars) My recent experience with white Auto Mall Honda service department left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. I brought my car in because of an issue with the AC blowing warm air from the left two vents . Upon arrival, I was informed of a $150 diagnosis fee, which I accepted, hoping for a swift resolution. However, after their diagnostic procedure, I was told that the only problem was low AC refrigerant, which they promptly refilled, totaling my bill to $252. To my dismay, just two days later, the AC malfunctioned again, this time even worse, blowing warm air from all four vents. I reached out to the dealership, only to be informed that they would need to charge me another $150 for another diagnosis. This felt like nothing short of a guessing game, and certainly not the professional service I expected. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this dealership's service department. The lack of expertise and apparent willingness to engage in unnecessary experiments with customer vehicles is unacceptable. At this point, I'm left hoping for a refund of the money I wasted on ineffective repairs. Avoid white Auto mall Honda service at all costs.
