Apparently, there's no or little communication between father and son. Stopped by one day and talked to father about front brakes...asked about supplying the parts myself to save on cost. Father said they typically don't do it that way, but told me to bring it by one day where they could take the wheel off and look at it to tell me "what I needed to get"-his words. Brought vehicle by next day, father was busy so briefly talked with son about what I'd discussed with father. Left the vehicle the next day so they could take the wheel off and get a closer look to tell me what parts I needed. Next thing I know, I get a call saying they've already fixed it. Mind you they didn't call me before to get my consent to fix the vehicle. Son got combative when I was discussing the issue with him. When I asked the father about our conversation, he flat out lied that he didn't tell me that. I will NEVER take another vehicle there, nor would I recommend this business. Not to mention the second day I was there, they were 20 minutes late getting there to open the business up...people were waiting. If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. Take your car to B & H, or Rabin, or Randy's, but not to this place.

I went about finding quotes for the replacement of my rotor caliber and brake pads . I chose to go with stokes because the man running the business was not only courteous and honest but was kind enough to give us a fair price for parts and labor. The company went out of their way to repair the damage in less than 24 hours and within a reasonable budget. Thank you!
