Not the best really unorganized I went during a sale event bought a new car the bank who ran event were not trust worthy very shady called my sales lady and she didn't know about anything we signed on very stressful.. these people lie.still never got my call back. These people don't care about customers at all I suggest you find another dealer. only thing good that came out of my car buying experience at Patriot was the free water.
