I highly recommend taking your car here. I have taken mine here multiple times over the years and they have been extremely helpful and honest. Once I thought I had a timing chains issue (expected it to cost over a grand) but they were honest about the real issue and it only cost me a couple hundred bucks. They have always been honest and fair, which is important for people like me who don't know much about cars. Earlier this week I got a flat tire and drove the car to Conrad's because it was the nearest service center. They said my wheel was bent and quoted me $1440. I told them to put on the spare and took it to Westgate Service Center. He did the 'cheapest' fix as I requested, but explained if I have any issues to come back and he can find me a used wheel for about $300. Very grateful I found this place, could not recommend more! Will never take my car anywhere else.

Chuck is amazing!. He was able to get my car in and fixed quickly and for a more than fair price. Even called and explain everything in a detailed and understandable way. Super happy with the work, he got my car driving and sounding brand new like the day I got it. Will highly recommend him to all of my family and friends. 10/10 for everything!

The only place I’ll take my car too. I had a difficult issue with my car due to a recall. I used triple A before going here and ended up paying for a new car battery I didn’t need at the time or resolve the issue. I then took my car to Westgate & they were able to figure out a complex issue & happily gave me all the info I needed to be able to be reimbursed due to the recall!
