Yes, most of the guys working there are new.But the gentleman that helped me and did the service on my car was informative and kind. Even when the billing added something that wasn't supposed to be there they figured it out by working together. I got my oil change and a battery. I usually have it done in Marysville but the battery was only available in Bellefontain. I can say the guys at this shop are nicer and actually smile.

Don’t go here. Told me to come in at 4:30 and said I was scheduled at 5. Then made be wait an entire hour and a half to even get my car in the bay. I tried to be understanding to the lady at the front desk but didn’t seem to care much. Get your vehicle serviced somewhere else and don’t even bother with making an appointment, they do walkins in between is what I was told. It’s 6pm and I’m still waiting as I write this review.

Guy who works around 3pm is incredibly efficient and understanding. Compared to service in other nearby Walmarts Bellfountaine takes the cake on tire and tpms sensor replacement. Thank you!

Find somewhere else to have your car worked on unless you have nothing to do for an entire day. Made an appointment over the phone with a live person more than a week in advance. Showed up right on time for my appointment and 2 hours later they hadn’t touched it. Staff was defensive when I asked to take my car out of the bay so I could leave.

These associates seem to be always in a bad mood. When I walked in the associate was sitting around and on his phone. When he saw me standing there he sighed and shook his head. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. After it was done I paid and realized he only did the oil change, and wrote that my tires were unsafe on the paperwork. Never once did he bring this to my attention. I checked my tires and they appear to have legal tread, and I didn't notice any obvious signs of damage. Then my wife needed a new set of tires. This was a different associate, with a decent attitude and was helpful. My issues with this experience was I couldn't recycle my older tires that I brought, which we were told we couldn't use because of the date on them. So we decided to purchase a new set. He quoted us at just over 600 dollars. When my wife had them installed and went to pay for it, the price was over 800$ all of a sudden, due to some fees we weren't informed about. No customer enjoys surprise fees, or bad customer service. I would not recommend this service.
