We recently stopped in looking for some random things for our Camper. WOW, this place is fantastic. The owner is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He has almost everything iyou could possibly need for your Camper. If he doesn't have something in stock he is sure to offer ordering the item. His store is spotless clean. Plenty of parking next to the front door. We love this store so much he have been there 3 times in the past week. Please, stop in, support this small business. The selection is big, prices are great while he offers exceptional customer service!

The owners were very nice and they carry a lot of accessories. We weren't really looking for anything specific, just wanted to check it out to see what they had. We'll definitely go back and our bird Bruce will too! Lol

I visited this store three times looking at and inquiring about fireplace doors and inserts. On the third visit my wife and I decided on a door system and made arrangements for a rep to come to our home to measure for the doors, and to also give us an estimate on a stove insert for a second fireplace. We were absolute on the doors and made that clear. That transaction would have resulted in $900 to $1000 in business for the store. If we also determined to move ahead with the insert, I estimate approximately $3000 additional business. The representative (owner?) arrived two hours late without a call. I attempted to call the store to inquire if they were coming, but there was no answer. When he arrived, he asked how I was and I replied that I wasn't sure and that we needed to talk before he started his work. I advised that he was two hours late and if this was what I could expect, I wasn't sure if I wanted to do business. I thought he might explain and apologize, but instead he simply said ok and left. I don't believe I was rude or unreasonable and I honestly can't believe that he would choose to walk away from the business without talking. In all my years I have not had such an experience. We will start our search elsewhere. Jan 24, 2017. This is an update to my original post which was rated one star. Following my original post and one star rating, I received a call from the owner, Traci. He was apologetic and asked if we could discuss what happened when his technician came to my home. Because he was very easy to talk with, we resolved all issues and rescheduled a visit. Traci informed me that he would be he one to call. In summary, Traci came to my home as scheduled, was a gentlemen, informative, took all the required measurements, developed a satisfactory quote for the doors and an order was placed. I feel very comfortable working with "energy Saving Products" and recommend them. I will likely order a wood burning stove insert from Traci. I'm comfortable giving this company a five star rating.

The home I purchased a few years back came with a propane fireplace insert. My house has been changed over to natural gas, and I needed to change over my fireplace as well. I took a wild guess and called Energy Saving Products. All I had to do was give my address and they had on record my fireplace which they installed over 20 years ago.Unfortunately there was some miscommunication on both sides about the intent of the house visit which caused a quick response from supportive family members. However, that was settled, parts were ordered, and I am very pleased with how things have turned out. Trace, the owner, was very helpful with offering contacts with companies that worked with gas lines. I am happy things were squared away and pleased my energy efficient fireplace is enjoyable once again.
