Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I brought my car in to do an alignment. They contacted me and told me my car needed wheel barring on right side & that total cost would be $1440 & that was 11/4/24. Went to pick my car up & they were still working on it. Finally gets finished go to pick it up and it’s a mess, all the dash lights telling you something is messed up in your car were on, speedometer no longer working, both wheel bearings that they changed were messed up & humming mad making car shake. Left the garage & came back upon feeling this & took car back to their garage & they said they test drove it many times & that car was fine. They agreed and said they were going to refund me what they charged me within the following week. After going back three times over three weeks asking about refund he said first time I’d get refund in two days & that HR manager stated refund is processed on phone. Last/third time asking about refund he said he just spoke to HR manager & that they processed my refund. I’ve yet to get my refund. Had to take my car somewhere else costing me more money, people at new auto shop to fix it told me they broke some other things on my car costing me even more money on repairs. I was afforded all courtesy and friendliness at Tire Choice by their staff. They even took My car in 30 minutes early, and completed the replacement of my alternator in the amount of time that they had estimated. I really appreciate the staff at Tire Choice and look forward to Continue using them as my car service provider..

Have been here twice and both times my husband and I have had exceptional service from the manager. We got new tires on one car and new brakes and rotors on another car. The manager is very helpful and easy to work with. Price is reasonable! I would definitely recommend to others!

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I took my Jeep here on Dec 2, 2024 for an alignment. When I left my steering wheel was way out of straight, I had a vibration in the front end and the steering was really loose causing the Jeep to be all over the road. I didn't take it back because I didnt want them to screw it up even more. I took it to a reputable shop where they discovered that not only was my alignment way off but NONE of the bolts they loosened were torqued instead they were just hand tight. My tie rod bracket was completely loose and just sliding around banging on stuff causing more damage. So unless you want your vehicle to have severe safety issues that can cause an accident I suggest you go somewhere else.

Took my truck to MIG and was told there was nothing they did wrong. Shook like crazy above 50mph. Called all over town to find someone who could balance big wheels and tires. No one wanted to do it. These guys knocked it out in 20 minutes and now everything is smooth as it should be. Appreciate their service.

I've had alot of work done here with just tires and alignments. Their always friendly and if u have a issue with anything they will make it right. Good place to go.
