They must be too busy to answer the phone during business hours. I would be understanding of that if they had returned the message I left 4 days ago. Definitely not a good way to make customers or potential customers feel valued.

Best mechanics in Bellefontaine. Mike has been working on my vehicles for years. I moved to a different town a couple years ago and thought I’d give some business to two of the garages where we live now. Both times were horrible experiences. I’ll drive the 45 minutes to have Kerns Automotive work on my vehicles from now on.

It was awesome, excellent mechanic. Explain what I needed told me the cost up front. And was fixed in good time. Amy the Secretary had a wonderful personality and knowledge of what you needed. Will go back and will give them a glowing review.

Friendly staff, quick service! Called on Monday and was fixed up by Tuesday afternoon. Staff didn’t try to upsell me with services I didn’t need, even when I asked if they could schedule me in for routine maintenance. I will take my car back to them in the future. (I had starter replaced on Accord and provided my own replacement part)

I just want to start by saying that we have never bought a vehicle that we haven’t seen in person. We had been searching for a new vehicle for a few months. I found exactly what we were looking for at the Kearns Dealership. We were in OH and they are in WI. Granted a 7-8 hour drive but it’s winter time. We contacted the dealership via email and Phil sent us all the information that we were asking about. He was very prompt on all communications and he worked on the price we were willing to pay and got us free shipping also!! The whole online process was very seamless clear through the document signing. We literally bought a new vehicle sitting on our couch watching it snow outside. Within 2 weeks the vehicle was in our driveway delivered in a covered trailer. We couldn’t be happier with the purchase and the honesty on Phil and the Kearns Family dealership. We will definitely look there when ready to buy a new vehicle. Thank again.
