Wally's Wrenchmen LLC

I have been taking my vehicles to Wally's Wrenchman for a few years. They are exceptionally gifted mechanics that always find our problem and fix it perfectly. Their pricing is very good and they have helped us tremendously with all of our issues. I can't say enough good things about this business! I am so pleased to have found them.

If I could get them a zero stars I would. I set up my phone appointment with one of their employees for appointment for Friday, but I was told that I could be able to drop off the car Thursday anytime and pick up Friday evening or when they called and the car was done. I proceeded to come in Thursday afternoon to drop off the car and they told me that my appointment was actually Thursday morning and that they already canceled my services and I will not have appointment Friday or they will not be able to work on my car at all Friday and they will not be able to get me in until like two weeks later, they did not give me a courtesy call in the morning to remind me my appointment time. They did not call me that they were going to cancel my appointment in the morning. They did not let me know at any point. I said that was not communicated. I was told to drop off my car anytime Thursday and it would be worked on Friday and pick it up Friday evening. The employee upfront basically gave me the pressing that there was nothing that they could do and that it was on me for not dropping off this morning for appointment. I didn’t know I had. they did not give me any solutions or options they made it seem like well you missed the appointment so it’s on you, even though I was miscommunicated to and lied to what the situation was going to be. I would not bother going here anymore just on the level of miscommunication they have within that building and with their employees. I will never be returning and will recommend people to go somewhere else.

Very helpful and will give you a great price for the work you need done. They work with you if you need to have things done once a month like me and go above and beyond with excellent service. Kevin is great and so are the other staff.

They were very friendly and helpful. They got me in very quickly and I am pleased with the quality of work. Also very pleased with and thankful for the fair pricing. I clearly see that they want to honor God with their lives and in their work. Definitely will be recommending them.

I love dealing with the family owned business. Very affordable! They really helped me out on many occations when I really needed it. They go above and beyond to make sure I get back on the road in a safe and reliable vehicle. They have honor and integrity wich is sometimes difficult to find in this industry but I know i can always trust and rely on wallys wrenchman. I will continue using there services always. They are also very up front with there costs and explain exactly what the problem is. 10 out of 10!
