Worst car experience of my life! I guess you get what you pay for! Had new tires installed on my daughter's older car. 2 weeks later the tire was leaking & hasn't stopped in over a year! I went back and they replaced a valve (at my expense) Still leaking! Come to find out Walmart just INSTALLS the tires but no one there told me I had to take the car to a tire center to get them ALIGNED! The tires had 14,000 miles on them & the tread was already worn down. Partly due to the cheap Chinese tire & part due to the fact that they were not aligned to begin with. You think someone at Walmart would mention this especially because I kept going back to have them checked! I asked to speak with the manager & even went to the store on multiple occasions- He never returned my calls or came out of his office to speak with me. Always "in a meeting" on the other side of the store. The advisor told me there's nothing they can do because the tire has uneven tread! They can't fix it or repair the leak, it's not covered under warranty- they couldn't even "look" at it without buying new tires! RIDICULOUS! One year & 14,000 miles what a waste! These people are the lowest of low! DO NOT GO HERE! * Had brand new quality tires installed at a Goodyear tire center! Night & day experience from here!*

Latonya was condescending to me after I paid for my oil change. I hope she enjoyed the laugh she had when she talked down to me, because I won’t be bringing my vehicle back to this location for any services!

Great Auto repair center. Staff and Managers are humble and professional and helpful. I always use this location for my Automotive needs.

They absolutely suck. Will look at your emergency tire situation and say “they can’t help” because it’s 15 minutes within closing time. You can’t patch one hole in one tire in 15 minutes? If you are looking for help, you will absolutely not find it here! This place is ridiculous and inconsiderate and would probably be better off with not being a business all together. All the one stars are evident that this place needs a staff change and a full on reformation. If you’re looking for help or considerate people, go somewhere else.

Got tires installed onto my Mercedes. Wonderful service, shop manager was extremely thorough and kind. Felt confident getting tires installed, did a great job!

We paid for an oil change. It was not. Just almost black in color. Don't go to Lewis Center Walmart
