Guys were very helpful. I had ordered online but one item was out of stock. They were able to work out another oil product with the same deal. Even helped carry all of it to the car. I bought 15 quarts.

I came in to this Advanced Auto Parts (store #6495) on Monday, Nov. 20 at 8:30-9pm. I told the employee at the front that I need to get oil for my snow blower. As I was bringing up a picture of the oil container on my phone, he laughed sarcastically and said “you can’t show us a picture of a snow blower and expect us to tell you what oil to get”. I told him “I was going to show you a picture of the oil container itself not the snow blower. Maybe you should listen to me first and see what I wanted to show you before you respond that way”. He replied by making a strange mocking imitation that resembled an animal right to my face, presumably to try to offend me. I was totally appalled by his demeanor and asked to speak to his manager. He pointed to a person on the side, who as far as I can tell was there throughout the whole interaction, yet he denied hearing what happened and asked me to allow him to help me instead of his employee. I accepted as I needed to get my stuff and get doing. However, what happened was completely unacceptable and offensive. Corporate must look into this store and these two particular employees very seriously. I noticed other reviews complaining about the rudeness of the employees in that store, so it looks like a recurring pattern and not just an out-of-character incident. I'm never going to that store again.

I stopped by today,associate was very rude unprofessional, he was on his phone with his feet up,before he ask me what I needed this guy should be taught customer service,I didn't catch his name,but I can say this,it wasn't Patrick, it wasn't the young heavy set guy with beard, It WAS a guy prob. In his forties,with beard,look ,who was working May 5 ,rude and no knowledge, next call corporate

I needed a diagnostic test on my car b/c the check engine light came on. The sales person did they estimate & wrote down the results for me.He was helpful & polite.
