Gabe and his staff are great to work with. Always professional and willing to accommodate my schedule and work me into their busy schedule. Grismer is not always the least expensive choice, but in today’s world and our economy, I am more concerned about quality, efficiency and most of all, honestly. Gabe and his team top that list. Terrific auto repair shop. Have been to many others but this one is the best. Two of the nicest service managers you could ever want. The technician that fixed my truck did one heck of a job as several others had tried and couldn't get it right. They got it right. Can't say enough good about them but highly recommend them to anybody for anything relating to auto repairs. Several pictures of the work that was done on this 2003 Chevy S10

This is one of the few car shops I've found in my life where the management genuinely cares about their customers. Gabe, the manager, is kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and always willing to explain anything about the work they are doing on my car to me. They've even taken me back into the shop to explain how they measure brake pads. They try to make sure that we understand what's going on with our cars, and they don't try to sell me things I don't need done on my car. At the same time, they are on top of any routine maintenance that my car needs (since my car just hit 100,000mi there was some) and also honest about how pressing each maintenance item is and whether it can be put off or should be done immediately. This is, in my opinion and based on my research, the best car shop you will find in the Columbus area. Thank you for all the work you do!

I had the best experience at Grismer. From scheduling to service completion, the customer service was amazing. Gage at the Lewis Center location was amazing to work with. I have found my new auto shop.

We’ve been going to Grismer for all our automotive maintenance needs for the past several months. They are trustworthy and thorough. They take time to explain any issues and options that we have. I never feel like I’m being “sold”. They care about making our vehicles last. Would highly recommend.
