Incredible customer service starts with exceptional leadership. Without getting into all the details, Jason and his team went above and beyond to remedy a situation that a local dealership was responsible for. They were extremely responsive, providing proactive communication and a very detailed explanation of what was going on. They quickly got me back on the road with peace of mind that I wouldn't have any more issues, and they were right. Jason is running this business like businesses were run in the good old days - by putting the customer first. As a result, we will be lifelong customers. Kudos to Jason and his staff. To Valvoline Corporate: Give these folks a raise, they couldn't be better representatives of you company!

Came in for just an oil change and I knew my passenger side headlight was out but they helped replace it and to straighten my driver’s side headlight after I failed to be able to adjust it myself! They were kind and respectful as well. Thank you for a great experience!!!

It was a great experience. It was really nice that when I arrived they were able to pull me right into the bay and provide the services I requested. This location was clean and the staff very professional and knowledgeable. I'm from Michigan and was traveling on business, but if I'm ever in the area and in need of the services offered, I will definitely seek out this location.

I’m a single woman and I don’t know all the ins and outs of a vehicle, they are always kind and polite they check everything for me so I won’t have any worries, they even changed my wiper blades. Thank you valvoline for all you do for me. Customer for life.

Wanted to share my recent visit. Owen checked me in and he was totally on his game. I met also the store manager who made sure everything went well with my visit. I received a vehicle inspection, synthetic oil change, fluid top off and replaced cabin filter and air filter. It was so seamless and they made you feel important to them. I like that kind of 5 star service. I got full synthetic blend oil and was able to use a coupon that I found online. I will be back again. Thanks for a great experience.

I stopped in there today for a quick oil change and ended up getting an important phone call while in the bay. I work customer service, and I normally am one to HATE a customer on the phone. I find it so rude. so I hated to be that person for them. But the call was not one I could ignore. Let me tell you, they still treated me as a priority and were very professional even using hand signals to perform their checks. I appreciate their willingness to still do their job even though I was not able to be the most attentive during my visit. Excellent service every time I visit here. Awesome.

I went to the one in Lewis Center, OH. I was in line for 1hour and 30 minutes, I only had one car in front of me and the other lane took 2 other cars while I set there and waited. When I pulled in, I was told that this particular one didn't do state inspections, that they aren't part of the franchise, don't understand that when the name is on the building. That i don't mind, but what upsets me is you had over 5 people inside, only looked like there was just a few working, the others just standing around. Why doesn't someone come out to the vehicles and ask what they need, instead of assuming, especially since they are representing the brand. Most people would assume that the same services are performed at all Valvoline. I know it was raining, but that's terrible customer service. I was in customer service management all my life and if this was the way the customer was treated, there would be heads rolling. I will tell people to stay away from here. In today's world, you don't need this hassle.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4 Stars) – Great Service, But Battery Issues Were Frustrating This Valvoline location is conveniently close to my home, and I’ve always had excellent experiences with their oil changes. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient—I highly recommend their maintenance services. However, I had a disappointing experience with a Valvoline battery I purchased here. After replacing my original Honda battery (which lasted 10 years!), the Valvoline battery started having issues within just one year. The team was kind enough to replace it under warranty, but the replacement battery also had problems almost immediately. It’s been a frustrating experience, especially since my previous battery was so reliable. Despite this, I still trust Valvoline for oil changes and routine maintenance—just be cautious with their batteries. Hopefully, they can improve the quality or offer better options in the future.
