Update…The manager reached out to me and we had a great conversation. Shaun patiently listened to my issues/concerns. He offered some insights about tires that I did not know and resolved my concerns as a customer. He noted that Customer Service is key to the success of any business…and he is right! Thanks Shaun and I upgraded my rating to reflect your efforts. Original post from 2-star Rating…Poor and cold customer service from the moment I walked in through the time I picked up my car. I ordered tires to have them installed. When I inspected my car one tire was missing a valve stem cover and another obviously had an old used valve stem cover on it. I have little confidence that I actually have the ones that originally came with my tires. Then, within 10 minutes of driving away, my low tire pressure light came on. My confidence is low that this location does quality work. I noticed plenty of other tire competitors with a few miles of this store. I recommend you go somewhere else.

Went in for what I thought was a routine flat thinking a quick patch. After Miguels inspection, he notified me of my tire wear. Having the warranty for the tires, he saw I was below the mileage for the tires and suggested new tires at a very competitive price. I was very pleased to have the car serviced the same day. MIguel and his staff were courteous, professional and prompt.

Just got new tires, which seem fine, problems are in the area of customer service. First, after reconfirming our telephone twice they still texted the wrong number so we did not get notice our car was ready. Secondly when I picked up the car they handed me my key fab and key chain was completely covered in filth/dirt. After expressing my concern the attendant did offer to clean it off. Last, when I got to my car my steering wheel and gear shift were also both completely covered in dirt! I’m attaching the picture of the wipe I used to clean it off. The keys and my car were so dirty, I really just expect better.

Just arrived in the Columbus area late afternoon. Needed wipers. Searched for a Discount Tire location on my cellular phone. Found one nearby. They carried regular and premium wipers for my Ford Excursion. They were installed quickly. Also checked tire pressures. Very satisfied. Highly recommended.

WOMEN BE AWARE!!!!!!!! I went to here based upon the recommendation of a good friend who has gone here for years. I also liked that they gave military discount because I am a military veteran. I was told that I need new lug nuts after I purchased 465 dollars for 4 tires. I told them I do not need lug nuts for a 2017 jeep patriot. They also told me the tires won’t fit and tried to show me different tires that were higher in price and told me there are different Jeep patriot 2017 latitudes. I explained that I know what my car is and that the website that I used was discount tire website to find the tire that is needed. They tried to also say I need new wind shield wiper blades (I replaced them last week in preparation of winter.) They told me how hard it is to take off the windshield wiper blades. I proceeded to laugh. They tried to up sale and said I needed new lug nuts because “the shiny caps are where the lug nuts are and that there are some that aren’t there and they are bad. It will be 50 dollars.” I looked at him and said I just need the tires and he proceeded to tell me that they won’t do the tires without purchase of new lug nuts. ALSO! The money I purchased the tires came back to my account which I set aside for the check out. Then I walked out. He had my keys still and when I walked in no one was there and my keys were still on their desk and I took my keys off of the counter and left. I took the car over to get a second option at good year and then took the car over to my machanic who has worked on the jeep and get this. BOTH PLACES SAID THE LUG NUTS ARE FINE AND THEY BOTH WORKED ON THE JEEP. Also those 50 dollar lug nuts I found on Amazon for all 20 for 17 bucks. They then called back and asked to reschedule and said nope I went somewhere else to get tires. Have a good night. Thanks though Jason!!! They lost a new customer and the person who recommended I go there by their father who thought highly of the place. Going forward I will be paying higher for nice tires at good year and should have never swayed from good year. Again, this place will try to upsell you and clearly do not know what they are talking about.

This is the second time I bought tires at this location at Polaris, and both times excellent service. I’m impressed how helpful the staff are with selecting tires. Lots of good advice. I appreciate Jason taking the time to make sure I got the right tires for my car. Ended up purchasing Michelin control contact and they worked out great! Best tires and ride is awesome on my 2012 Camry SE.

Been buying tires from Discount for 20+ years in 3 different states for multiple vehicles. That all ends today, sadly. Rep advised they had a Mgmt change at this branch, not a good experience. Was told no credit available for remaining mileage warranty (though admittedly minimal) bc I had not rotated tires and they were now splitting. Frustratingly, I’ve been to that same branch several times to get my tires rotated and they have told me it’s not necessary each time based on inspected wear pattern. Gimmicks and tricks. Can’t win. Discount was historically the ONE PLACE that I felt truly confident in not being taken advantage of. I thought of them as pretty darn reputable. I guess I can’t complain too much. It was a good run….

So I’ve been a customer for a few years and I always have a great experience. Today was no different. Cory helped me today and did a great job! I had a tire that was covered under the warranty and I bought another one as well. The whole process was painless and in my opinion a great price! Thanks so much!

Had a slow leak and needed a tire plugged. It was at the end of day and I have used DTire for years with other vehicles. Went in and they were able to get to my vehicle and plug the tire at no cost! The only thing I didn't like was trying to be sold things when I'm in a state of border line emergency. Being a single parent with kids, I needed the issue fixed immediately without being told I don't rotate my tires and that my tires are border line not being able to be put in the bay status. The tire I needed fix was not one "offending" tires. However, I realize that they aren't doing their job if they don't try and sell u something and they fixed me right then and there so I'm grateful. Thanks again.

Had bought a set of Discount tires less than a year ago in another state and recently noticed one tire significantly losing air. Brought it in and they checked all 4 tires, found the small metal piece that was the culprit, patched it up, and sent me on my way- no charge. Exceeded any and all expectations with their attentive staff, excellent work, and incredible service. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Thank you again!
