The staff at crash champions made a bad situation a good experience! Jessica handles everything in the front of the shop, and does it with grace and understanding. They get a lot of unhappy people due to the circumstances that brought them in. Ozzie managed my repair and was very communicative the whole way through. He even sped up my paint job due to a bad experience I had with the rental company. The work on the car and paint job look great. I would recommend crash champions Lewis Center if you need a body repair for your car.

Absolutely amazing! I had a great experience here. The front lady (I think her name was Jessica) is Absolutely AMAZING! They got my car done in 3 weeks, which was very quick especially considering Thanksgiving was right in the middle of everything. I will go back here if I need Amy work done on my vehicle.

They recently repaired my vehicle after hitting a deer and they did a phenomenal job. My car looks great, customer service was great, they were quick and finished before the estimated date and gave updates along the way! Highly recommend

Crash champions did an amazing job on my car after someone ran into my driver side and kept going. The customer service is good as well, they text you with updates weekly about your car and what is being done and what will come next in the process. I will certainly recommend them to others!
