So I’m gonna start off by saying this is a good five star company. This is a working man’s shop so if you’re looking for a posh high-end, very polished oil change place this is not gonna do it for you . But if you’re the average Joe working man in America today, this would be a good experience for you because the staff is courteous and they do go the extra steps for you.. Now, when I pulled in here today, it seem like they only had one of their to bays working with the second be out of commission, because the door was missing and all boarded up . That’s not really a good luck but stuff happens in business and you gotta roll with it.. So, like I said, when you pull in here, you will get treated right but you’re going to notice. This place is just a little bit gritty just a little bit dingy. I believe the service tech assist with me today it’s name is Stanley and I first I gotta say it wasn’t for sure how to take him but by the end of the visit I realize he was a good dude working hard trying to make a living . Like I said, this is a working man shop and they’ll do a good job for you

I had an incredible experience at this Jiffy Lube! After a previous service provider made a mistake, the team at this location went above and beyond to fix the issue. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Not only did they resolve the problem quickly, but they also took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. Truly amazing customer service! Went in because our car was showing that it was low on oil and we had to drive back to Chicago that evening. Steven took the time to inspect and top off the oil and inspected the car to make sure that there were no leaks from anywhere. Furthermore, he took the time to explain to us what we needed to do in case the issue came back up and we were on the road. Excellent service from him, I was so fortunate to have found this Jiffy Lube.
