A great customer experience all the way around. I was visiting family in Columbus and discovered on Saturday afternoon that I had a leaking front tire. I initially drove to a competitor (Discount Tire) who refused to repair my tire because my REAR tires were "too worn"- clearly an attempt to sell me new tires. In spite of it being half an hour before closing time, the great staff at tire discounters repaired my tire expertly. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and handled my repair quickly.

Went in for an oil change and to ask them to check the brakes. Excellent communication, they noticed coolant leak, - priced out the repair & let me know it would get worse but were very honest that it didn't need to be repaired today. Between the brakes, the coolant leak and a battery that was dying- I felt very informed about labor hours and measurable details on brake measurements and cold cranking amps. I was not pressured to spend more money or manipulated to think my car was not safe if I didn't get this work done. Rob was very professional, great at explaining everything when I asked a ton of questions. I would feel comfortable referring a family member or friend to get work done here!

Amazing value, quality work, friendly service. I’ve been taking my two Subaru’s here for over 5 years. Regular oil changes all here as they run constant specials. Easy to make appts on phone. The alignment package is best value I’ve ever seen. All recommendations on repairs have been legit, needed and confirmed by Northend Wrench. Matthew has been my go to guy for tires and oil changes since I moved here.

This particular location is awesome!! Mathew and Robert (Rob) are absolutely amazing. Both are extremely customer service oriented people. I have been going to this location for quite sometime...I made the mistake of once going to a location on Bethel Road closer to my house....it was indeed a huge mistake.....broke parts on the brake system of my car...however that is not important. What is important I spoke to Matthew about some new tires I wanted to try by Michelin....Matthew went way above and beyond explaining these new tires to me..their performance...their rating...everything and anything about this tire. Including his own experience with the tire...warranty...everything not one question left unanswered !! I took my car in and dealt with Rob...whom I have dealt with several times before on oil changes... Rob is an absolute SWEETHEART.. extremely nice and friendly...he is actually the one that told me way back in May of 2024 my tires were wearing and would need to be replaced. I had one tire that kept loosing air...each time I took my car there...Rob was always willing to put the air in the low tire and check all the others. In this day and age the customer service you receive from this store is comparable to the "old days" when people truely cared about your business. And LADIES don't be afraid to bring your car here they treat you with RESPECT they explain everything to you and DO NOT take advantage if you....just ask for ROB or MATTHEW...THEY ARE THE BEST !!

Great service and prices! Shawn was super knowledgeable and made my initial phone call easy. I arrived a bit early for my appointment, but they were able to start work right away on my vehicle. Austin at the counter was super friendly and helpful. Part way through my wait, he dropped what he was doing to help me with an estimate on another vehicle. The shop tech even asked me where I'd likey wheel weights positioned for the best look! You can tell they are passionate about their work here. Will absolutely be returning here for my tire needs.

This store helped my friend and I during a car emergency. We were out of state and had tires suddenly deflating. They got us in quickly and helped us figure out what was going on and helped us get things together so we could drive home safely. I would recommend this garage to anyone needing work done.

This was my first time working with Tire Discounters and I chose them after several of my friends recommended them to me. I like to research before I buy so I already had a tire in mind when I stopped in, but after discussing with Mathew I opted to return home and review his recommendation which I ultimately ended up going with. Tires are great so far and service was extremely professional, couldn't be happier. Special thanks to Mathew, Robert, and Gage for their help - I'll be a repeat customer.

Took about 2 hours, like they said. They gave me a great price right out of the gate. The man I talked to was polite and nice. I'd go again to this location in a heartbeat.
