Fantastic staff! Efficient and friendly. Didn't have my oil filter but ran out and picked up one from next closest location. Spent a few minutes speaking with Jordan. Very positive, professional and friendly individual. Represents the company very well!! Thank you.

I’ve taken my car here the last four oil changes. Just took my car in an hour ago and Jordon was the tech, and he informed me the car had two quarts too much in oil in it. I told him it’s funny because they’ve been the only ones to touch it for oil changes until after this last visit. From now on I will never take it to one of their locations again! They have potentially screwed my car up which is already older and higher mileage, but it’s a Toyota. The last time I was there the girl who was draining the oil most likely didn’t pump all of the oil out because the container that holds the used oil was barely full compared to previous times, but I thought maybe I was wrong, but now I know I was right about what I was seeing. So avoid going to these guys because if they’re not paying attention, which half the time they’re playing around like they’re in high school, so don’t risk damage to your vehicle because of their negligence.

Marissa was the manager there today and is so kind, nice, and funny! The whole staff is prompt, having a good time, while getting the work done. They all put a smile on my face while I was there. Great crew and atmosphere, will only go back to this location moving forward!

Showed up for Trans Flush, waited 35 mins, then when I was next in line. Some employee says we need you in lane one. Even though lane 0ne was packed with 2 more cars waiting. This place always has issues. I waited 10 more mins and left.

When I pulled up to oil change Lane they did not direct me to a particular Lane. It's difficult for someone to figure out what is the best Lane to drive in. Jiffy lube always clean windows check light, Plus check air pressure. The agent asked if I wanted to check headlights and turn signal but did not offer check air tires. Also I asked him change oil in generator. He called the supervisor and was told if he feels comfortable to change it. He did not attempt to change oil because he said I would have to pull forward on the ramp which made him feel uncomfortable.🥴 But 3/4 of the way through the oil change he excused himself because he had an appointment.🫣

They got me in quickly and did a professional job changing my oil, filter and making recommendations. Everyone was very friendly and courteous, and they were very quick and efficient getting the work done.
