Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Took absolutely forever. One car in front of me, was there when I pulled in and it was like 30min! Once it’s finally time to pull in, they don’t take payment over the phone? Every single valvoline so far has been able to do so, I use them regularly. Who doesn’t take payment over the phone these days? Guess it’s on me I should’ve checked before waiting, but save yourself the time.

It’s three weeks after I got my oil change and I notice my car making strange sounds. Not being a car maintenance guru, I initially chalk it up to needing a tune-up. My fiancé gets in the car and notices the noise and pops the hood and sees that the hose connecting the engine to the air filter is not attached. The engine has been sucking in debris, dirt, and hot air since I got the oil change three weeks prior. When I got the oil change at Valvoline in Polaris, the staff seemed more about having a good time than giving good service. They weren’t paying attention to what they were doing, and they completely botched a simple procedure as a result. Although neglect and poor performance seems to be an ever-growing problem in our society today, this is Valvoline’s staff that they hand-picked and employed. Valvoline service stations are everywhere which demonstrates they are a business more concerned with numbers than quality. They are like the fast-food chain with the clown as its mascot. I will no longer use Valvoline for oil changes and instead find a company with employees that can concentrate for 20 minutes to perform their duties. Furthermore, this was a lesson for me. I am no longer going to let anyone perform a service for me that doesn’t seem to have a care for the job they perform. This will extend to oil changes, food preparation or anything else of consequence. There are people and businesses out there that do things the right way and I am no longer settling for less.

I always go to Valvoline for my oil changes but the customer service at this one exceeded the others ones I’ve been to. I think I have a new favorite oil change spot and it’s because of the team working there. :)

The workers are never very friendly. This last time they overfilled my oil and oil got all over my engine and windshield. They did a poor attempt of cleaning it. When I left I still had oil dripping down my wind shield.

My go to shop now even though there are a lot in-between where I live and this location. Shaun and the team out there are highly professional, efficient and get you out the door fast without compromising on their work. Hit this place up.

I had an amazing experience getting my oil changed. They were non judgmental, very informative, and always attentive to my financial needs. The staff here, especially, are very kind and accommodating. I had no anxiety or stress during my services and would definitely come back for any other services my car may need.

Funny story, I got my oil change here on the regular but I could say now I won't be coming back. I get my oil changed and the mechanic drains my oil and states there was 8 quarts of oil in there. The last person that changed it didn't drain the oil. They just added an additional 4 quarts. Well I got the oil change at this location so I called customer service and the lady I spoke with stated that the lead mechanic didn't know what he was talking about. Said my car wouldn't run. Well. I have an Acura with a brand new engine in it and these cars are made to still run. The mechanic showed me what he pulled out which was 100% 8 quarts of oil . Knowing the lady sidestepped the issue and blamed it on the mechanics knowledge is absolutely uncalled for, unprofessional, and looks bad on their mechanics. I will not be going back

By far one of the best Valvoline’s around! Not only is the service absolutely amazing but the employees are very helpful and kind and go out of their way to do things for you. Great job guys! And ladies there was a lady there she was clearly running the show! Lol joking but seriously good job everybody

Taylor had GREAT customer service that went above and beyond most. He let me know exactly what was wrong with the vehicle without pressuring me to buy anything. Tina was great while checking me out as well. Overall, top-notch customer service!

BEWARE! Don’t support a company that doesn’t care for their employees. My boyfriend called HR for a missing paycheck and was retailed against immediately after by management by being taken off the schedule and fired. He’s been going through hoops to even get properly paid for his hours. The Management at this location are unprofessional and they don’t know how to properly take care of their employees. Don’t list company values on the ethics and compliance book if that’s not what the company stands for and will uphold.
