Good communication before, during, and after service. Beat all time estimates. Trey, the technician was extremely knowledgeable. Quickly identified issues and fixes, recognized two additional sensors were ready to fail. Saved 1-2 more trips to get serviced. Kevin at front desk was a pleasure to work with. Tim, the owner was friendly, hands on in shop and lobby, answered phones, ran and got parts, and shuttled some customers. Nice to see an owner involved in all aspects of your visit. Building and parking lot were clean and the shop, lobby and restroom were immaculate. Would highly recommend

I brought my modified GR Supra to Christian brothers for an alignment and ride height adjustment after installing HKS adjustable springs. Was very impressed with Kevin & the rest of the staffs knowledge on alignments and proper setups for spirited driving. Very nice facility with NEW equipment and friendly staff. I usually like doing my own work but would trust Christian brothers again with my baby for things outside of my capabilities.

I went to Christian Brothers for the first time on 10/18. I ran over a screw on the way to work and needed to get my tire patched. They were open until 6 which was awesome because I got off work at 5. They are right outside the chase McCoy center where I work. The facility is new and exceptionally clean. They took care of my tire and offered me a snack and soda. I was very impressed with everything. I appreciate the Christian theme as well. I plan to come back for my future vehicle needs.

Kevin at the front desk went above and beyond to make me feel respected and truly heard. From the moment I walked in, I didn’t feel like just another customer – Kevin made it clear he genuinely wanted to help. He took the time to walk me through the entire process, carefully explaining the pros and cons of each service so I could make an informed decision. It’s rare to find such transparency. Overall, I was treated with the utmost respect, and I’m already looking forward to coming back for any future automotive needs. Kudos to Kevin for being a stand-up guy.

We highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive. They have a nice, bright fully equipped shop with friendly people who are very customer service oriented. We took our SUV there for some needed repairs. Trey and Tim listened carefully to our concerns and then had their master mechanic, Lee, check our vehicle based on our concerns. They provided a full report of what they found. We discussed the results with them at length before deciding on how to proceed. They fixed only what we agreed upon and did a wonderful job!

If I could do more than 5 starts I would. TRANSPARENT, HONEST, UPFRONT, DOES NOT FORCE STUFF YOU DON’T NEED DOWN YOUR THROAT. They do recommend what they would do but it’s never something you have to do. Really there was no sales pitch to get my stuff fixed which I was grateful. They very honest and upfront about everything. I went in to get my tires rotated and ended up needing new brakes and rotors. After I had got them done they seemed “spongey”. Not once but 3 times I went back to get it to my liking and they were so nice EVERY time. They ended up doing a brake flush and it fixed everything as there was air somewhere in the lines. They have a shuttle service, which was very convenient so I didn’t have to wait at the shop. They do a warranty program (for me it was) that is either 36k or 3 years. Whichever comes LAST! Most places just shaft you. I honestly couldn’t recommend this shop any more than I have.

All I can say is—they deserved every bit of those 5 stars. After getting their quote, we shopped around and found lower prices elsewhere. I called to let them know, and their honesty stood out. They told me straight up: “Yes, those prices exist—we could match them. But the difference is in the quality. Our focus is safety and durability.” That sealed it for me. They even offered a pick-up service, which made everything so convenient. My car was fixed in a reasonable amount of time, and the whole experience was smooth. I’m a very satisfied customer—highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Christian Brothers Automotive on Sancus Blvd in Columbus, Ohio. My appointment was right at their opening time and they were open and ready to go right on time. Inside waiting room was very nice, well maintained and offered coffee and snacks. I was getting an oil change and tires rotated and fluid check service manager. Kevin offered me a courtesy check and a discount on the oil change we talked about replacing my current after market warranty program with their care plus package, which my wife and I decided we are going to do. I went to have breakfast at the Nearby Sunny St., Café while they worked on the car. When I returned, Kevin took me into the service bay and allowed me to examine underneath my car which I thought was a great opportunity and I took advantage of it. We talked about several things that I could do that could keep the car protected and well maintained in the future. All in all, I was very pleased with the cleanliness, the professionalism and the work that they accomplished for me at a good price. This is my go to service company for all my vehicles from now on thank you guys.

I’ve been to this location twice now this year. Each time I’ve been met with honesty and professionalism. They told me up front what the price would be for the work I was trying to get done. The biggest thing for me is being able to have the comfort that I’m taking my vehicle to a trustworthy and honest company. Their honesty on my inspection brought me back and their most recent work will keep me a customer for the foreseeable future. The complementary shuttle is really just a cherry on top. I’ve recommended them to my friends for future work.

I don’t trust many automotive body shops. I don’t know anything about cars and I’ve been scammed before being told there was something wrong that wasn’t. I came here to try it out. I got an oil change and asked for a general inspection. They gave me a detailed report of everything wrong with it or things that were labeled “caution” for the future. I had a talk with Samuel and he said it wasn’t immediate but would recommend I do it before I went on any big road trip. I really like how they informed me but didn’t pressure me to do everything all at front at that very moment. I just decided to go ahead with everything. When I picked up my car, my engine light was on and they immediately took it back and noticed there was something that didn’t get plugged back in after doing the cabin air filter. They got it fixed and there were no issues following then. To me, I just loved the entire interaction from start to finish and the customer service is on point. My brakes are the smoothest they ever have been after the work they did. I would definitely recommend going here!
