I went to Midas #224 216 Hornbeam Lane Columbus, OH 43035 location. It was a damn worst experience I had ever. This is the way the guy who parked my car once he done with the Service. If you can see the drivers door handle, how careless they are. Literally I went into nuts by seeing the door handle and went into the garage asked Chris, what the hell happened to my door handle & this is how your guy parked my car in the parking lot. He said - Already your car is damaged and this is not the big deal he said. Why is so disrespectful 😪 I was in shock and asked that you can check the CC Cameras but there are no cameras in is Midas Location it seems. This is completely unacceptable and depressed. In the fresh morning by coming to Midas and experiencing this Blady disrespectful nature is making me feel sick & till now I couldn’t come out of it. The way he disrespected me couldn’t digests. Good Bye for this Midas location 🙌🏻 I want to check the cameras and I want see who cracked this door handle ETA: 48hrs Will see how the management will respond ? (Checkout the picture I captured yesterday & today)

I didn’t have an appointment but Chris was great, fixed my car same day, didn’t try to get me to buy unnecessary stuff, and was very professional! This was my best experience I’ve ever had at a car place! Thank you!

The best customer service I’ve ever come across in my 24 years of driving. Really wish I would’ve discovered this location much sooner as I would have a lot less gray hairs and more money in my pocket. You should go out of your way to use this location.

Above and beyond my expectations!! I’ll be coming here way more often for my tire changes, and any additional service I might need a hand with. Very quick and timely done service! Chris is a very nice man and likes to get to know his customers and build relationships which in my opinion is excellent when it comes down to professional business, props to his tech Gabe for helping me swap the tires out on my lowered BMW 525i Wagon.

This is one of the best most consistent customer experiences I have. The shop is run well and clean, staff is friendly and exceedingly helpful. I will never take my cars anywhere else. Every person I have ever interacted with there has been great and Chris and Seth genuinely care about helping you.
