This whole team always takes great care of me and my car. Recently, another auto shop tried to charge me an arm and a leg for something I didn’t need, but I was able to text the team and confirm it looked good on my last inspection a few weeks ago. As a woman, it’s rare to find auto shops that don’t talk down to you or try to convince you to spend an outrageous amount of money on trivial or unneeded things. Nissan treats me with respect. Thanks to Tyler, Kendall, and the whole team at Nissan North.

Highly disappointed in the service I received with my vehicle. Not only did they mess with my seat(all parts, not just moving it forward, the back and height parts as well), they also tried to swindle me. I asked them to check my sensor for my washer fluid, as it was continually on and would not turn off, even when completely filled. The washer fluid comes out just fine and works. They told me my pump was broken and needed replaced, so that's why it wasn't working. Even though it worked before I went in and worked after coming out. Also, they told me the part would cost over 500 dollars, when we found it online for 30 dollars. Find somewhere else to take your vehicle!
