Im very happy with the service I received. I had a recall done and they vacuumed my car out as well free of charge. They seemed very honest as well as I asked them to see if my car needed an alignment and they came back and said they checked it and the tires were wearing evenly. They could have just as easily said I needed one and billed me for it. I will definitely be stopping here when I'm in need of my next vehicle.

Never received a quote for the work that was scheduled. Asked twice. Work needed to be done regardless, and knew Volkswagen service prices would be higher. As I have already had work performed multiple times in the past. And was completely shocked by the amount once they performed the work. First time hearing the amount, was as a text for the amount due. Second item, we have 2 vehicles that we have serviced at Volkswagen/Audi and half of the correspondence goes to husband’s info, and should be going to wife’s info. Original account was only the wife, as that is the only vehicle that was actually purchased through Volkswagen. Have tried to correct this multiple times and here we are receiving this survey for the wife’s automobile on the husband’s email.

VW was great, had a oil reminder light issue, and the wipers on a 2 month old Atlas that would not clean the windshield from the day we took delivery. All where taken care of in a matter of minutes. Great Job VW EC
