Generally I avoid dealerships for repairs, but as I had recently moved and did not have a local repair person. I took my Explorer to Eau Claire Ford. I was thrilled with the service I received. Corey at the service counter was phenomenal! He supplied me with a loaner vehicle while the repairs were completed and the quote he supplied was spot on. He also noticed that I needed new wipers and encouraged me to enter their contest to win a pair of wipers (installed onsite anywhere within 30 miles of EC)! I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call that I had won new wipers and they came onsite to my work to install them! Will definitely be returning to Eau Claire Ford for my car maintenance.

I was in town visiting family and realized I was passed a oil change, Eau Claire Ford Quick Lane got me in quickly and was helpful in texting me when my vehicle was ready so I could run other errands while waiting. When checking out the Sydney and Keena were helpful in explaining all my numbers on my sheet in regards to me vehicles tires and brake pads. Overall great service!!!

Eau Claire Ford was able to squeeze me in at last minute for a flat tire. The tire ended up needing to be replaced as it could not be patched. They ordered new tires and they were here the same day. AMAZING SERVICE!!
