Not happy. Didn't have this problem with my cruise control the first 6 months I owned my 2025 tucson limited. Now my cruise doesn't work and I'm told there is nothing to be done about it It's very sad when you pay over $40,000 for a vehicle and now not everything isn't working properly.

Very friendly, professional staff at Hyundai of Eau Claire. They were very quick but paid very close attention to detail while servicing my SUV. Also, went over everything done in terms that I understood. They have a newly remodeled lounge to wait in, offer free snacks and drinks. Truly appreciate their customers. Great place! I love the new "portal" that describes what needs to be done and the cost. Having use of the loaner car was extremely helpful. The service that I received was top notch especially from DJ.

I went in for my first oil change since purchasing my vehicle. There was an issue with a stripped lug nut that delayed the tire rotation and would have normally cost a couple hundred dollars more in time/labor, but since it had been that way since time of purchase they covered the cost. Additionally, they touched up a paint chip in the hood, that had been the result of a rock kicked up by a semi, to prevent rusting and bubbling. It was the longest oil change I have experienced but I am satisfied with the results.

It was nice to drive right up to the doors have the doors open and we drove the vehicle in. We were received and directed to the waiting area where there were light snacks and beverages. The remodel is coming right along and there was a nice tall computer workstation table that we used to play a game on. The complementary 25000 mile servicing moved right along and we were soon back on the road again. Good job folks
