I had an accident back in July, and bring a former employer, I brought my vehicle to them as I trusted them and their work. The repair it self was great, but I had a lot of communication issues for the first few weeks. The biggest issue lies in the fact that We picked it up with a crack in the windshield. They had my vehicle for nine weeks. We weren't sure if the crack was from the accident or if it happened while in their care, but either way it should have been taken care of. I talked to them and their tech owned up to the fact that they noticed the crack mid repair and forgot to say something. But after talking with the body shop manager they will not replace the windshield and now I have to pay even more out of Pocket to replace it.

Good friendly service, only here for recall servicing. I love my mechanic, will not easily be replaced. Would give 5 stars but I don't know. Check in was fast and easy, Check out the same. People were friendly and prompt, probably worth five stars but a mechanic....hard to recommend or replace, I'll stay where I am at unless things change for the worse.

I was getting my car repaired by insurance after an accident. I was told my car was completed the day prior to picking up the vehicle over the phone. I couldn’t pick it up the same day because I had to work. I came in the following morning after I dropped off my rental car. When I came in staff told me the car was not ready and it was my fault for giving back the rental car before the vehicle was done. I said I did not understand why I was told it was ready the day prior and staff if it wasn’t done. Both staff I spoke to were condescending and blamed me for the mixup that was caused. Not professional at all. I would not take your car here if you could avoid it

Looked at a used 2019 Cadillac escalade ESV for sale today. I was truly hopeful I would be driving it home today. Unfortunately, I was told the motor mounts leak/seep and the parts are in "permanent back order". Auto value in Menomonie can get the right side mount for you. You could do a "spack case" from GM to get the comparable left mount from GM. I'm glad you were at least willing to have the interior properly cleaned, crumbs, candy wrappers and the smell will be a hard sell for you. It's too bad you really didn't want to make this sale. He also didn't even give us his card.
