Really upset with the service provided at Valvoline about 4 weeks ago. Checked my dipstick because my engine began to shake and knock on my Ram Promaster, no leaks were found but my dipstick was completely dry. Poured some oil in now hoping my engine is not blown.

Lee and Tyler went above and beyond when I came in with an issue that I thought was the result of my last oil change there. Not only did they very very graciously show me that I was wrong, Lee also went to the added trouble of fixing the issue for me.

Excellent wait in your car service. All employees are courteous and efficient. Less expensive than the dealer. You are able to watch the employees service your car. Besides an oil change, transmission fluid change, radiator flushed out and new radiator fluid, air filter changed. There are other services available. Easy in and easy out!

My entire experience was efficient, staff was knowledgeable, Samuel and the other team members were kind and were able to help me with what was going on with my car and skid plate, I would recommend coming here to others and I would come here again as well.

They started the oil Change on my 320i BMW before telling me the price. Even with the coupon it was $50 more then at the dealership. After the oil change my oil change indicator notification was still on, I asked them to reset it and they told me I would have to go to the dealership. I would not recommend this location. After reaching out to the customer care they were helpful. So I have updated the review to 4 stars. It would have been 5 if the price would have been lower to start with.
