10/10. Excellent service all around the board. Was able to get my truck fixed and back the same day. The mechanic “Mike” even took me home and told me I didn’t have to wait for my Lyft driver. Reasonable price, very knowledgeable and friendly environment. Definitely bringing my vehicle back for ALL needs. Thank You!

Cannot recommend. Asked them to perform a 150,000 tune up on my Outback and told them at the time that I had heard a scraping noise at low speed. They tell me it’s a wheel bearing that needs to be replaced, and my battery needs to be replaced. Cool, no problem. I drop ~1500 and pick up my car. First thing I notice is that my passenger side window stopped working. That’s not right, it was working before you replaced my battery. I have encountered an issue with this vehicle where when you replace the battery something needs to be reset for the window to work. Other mechanic shops have done this and the problem was corrected. Also I notice that while the scraping is gone on one side of the vehicle it is still present on the other side. They had my vehicle for at least 2 days. I feel like they weren’t thorough enough and gave me back my car in an incomplete state. I call them the next day and let them know I need to bring it back because the issue is still present. I bring it back in and they quote me ~450 to fix my passenger window and assure me the whole thing needs to be replaced. Yeah weird that it worked before you touched it. Then they tell me a brake clip became loose and needed to be reattached and that’s why I hear the scraping. Ok cool. What isn’t cool is that they tried charging me 160 bucks to look at it again LOL. You messed up, your tech wasn’t thorough and I have to pay for your mistake? By this point I’m furious and refused to pay the 160 when they failed to do the job right the first time. Now my car still has the scraping sound on the other side AND my passenger side window works again without spending 450 bucks like they wanted me too. I will never come back to this shop , buyer beware.

Extremely positive experience here. My gf was traveling alone to visit family in SC, and started having misfire issues with our Oldsmobile. As it was the holidays I was super worried about finding someone to accurately diagnose (let alone fix) the issues in time for her to drive back to NC when she needed to. I called C&R on a whim, and Steven there was understanding and friendly on the phone, they got the car in same day (!) and fixed the issue (ignition coils), and additionally helped stop a minor transmission leak. The service was fast, the price was beyond reasonable, and she drove back with no issues, on sched. Super impressed with this shop, will absolutely return to them for any needed service while in the Greer area . Thanks Steven and team C&R.

Honest service shop where mechanics and office staff all are kind and caring. I have probably spent $7,000 in repairs between two cars over the past 3 years and they have always taken good care of me. Between a head gasket replacement on a Subaru and the front CV axles, they took very good care of me and I didn’t have to return or complain. Very good, clean company who I will continue to work with as long as I live here.

They are the only people I trust to work on my car. They have never led me astray with unneccessary repairs and have always clearly explained anything I needed clarification on. While I don't always look forward to the bill, who does, I at least know my problem with my vehicle was taken care of.

Very pleased with the service. When I picked my car up, the mechanic talked with me about the repairs and did a test drive to insure the problem was resolved. It’s been two weeks since the repair was done and my car is performing well. They also pointed out other potential issues and gave me estimates for those repairs. Did not pressure me to have that done. I recommend you check them out if your car needs engine service.
