Details and Dents (Ceramic Coatings, Hail & Dent Repair)

Chase and his team go above and beyond to satisfy their customers’ needs. My car was recently in a hail storm and the damage was pretty significant on my car with every single panel having damage on it (over 500 dings on the roof!). Not only did he get all of the dents out, but he ensured that my car looked good as new before it was back in my posession. Chase is also very knowledgeable and is truly a master of his craft and I will definitely go back to fix up some other things on my car once I have the money to do so. I love my car and I am very particular about who works on it. If you love your car and need specific work done, look no further than Details and Dents! main person i worked with was chase and he’s the best. got me in as quickly as possible and was a huge help with my insurance deduction for hail damage. not only that him and his team did a wonderful job installing my decals! definitely would recommend coming to this place. chase is a badass with his work and will make sure you and your car are satisfied

My car looks BRAND NEW! Michael did an amazing job! He went above and beyond and was so friendly and professional! He had my car done the same day I dropped it off and it was a complete transformation! I am so impressed! I will definitely be back! Great service!! 10/10!

They do good work, but my impression was that they didn't want to be bothered with my issue. Perhaps it was just their customer service attitude, which could use some improvement. I just received a prompt response from the owner, which I appreciate very much. To help him understand what transpired, I was looking to have a scratch repaired. They said it needed to be painted for $800. I took it someplace else, and they did it in five minutes for nothing. It wasn't removed, but repaired. All this transpired in early December. As an aside, I never would have submitted the review, but Google sent me a request to do so.

1st job: I thought I had already done my review so this is a little late. Chase did a FANTASTIC job on my son’s Camaro ZL1. It had so much hail damage. Chase is a good guy and a hard worker. His work is perfection! He’s also a veteran. I loved working with him and Kristy. ♥️ 2nd Job: Chase had to repair my Q50 Infiniti because of hail damage. They did an unbelievable job! It looked better when I got it back then when I first bought it from the dealer. It was cleaned inside and out. This is the only company that I would let do repairs on my cars. They are truly the best. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Chase & his crew is AWESOME!!! So happy i came across this phenomenal business ! Chase is a great man literally will make his customers happy & give them a good laugh! If i could give 100 stars i would! Someone hit my car in the parking garage..got a quote with another company for this damage to my durango, took my car to details and dents my estimate was way less than the first one they literally had my car done in a couple of days. Chase and Jack really put the biggest smile on my face! The love and care they have for their customers! I definitely will be back soon for my tints and more work! They will not disappoint you AT ALL!

I brought my vehicle in earlier this year for dent and paint repairs. The dent work was solid, and most of the staff I interacted with were friendly, professional, and seemed to care about doing a good job. Unfortunately, the paint work was another story. The quality was not up to standard, and when I brought it to the attention of the owner, Chase Clark, he responded with hostility and arrogance. He insisted the paint would "blend over time"—a claim that didn’t hold up. I pushed to have it redone, and while the second attempt was slightly better, it still didn’t match properly. At that point, I just wanted my car back and to be done with the situation. More recently, I came across troubling public information about the owner, including videos of aggressive behavior and a drug-related arrest. While I can't speak to those matters personally, it does make sense in retrospect given his temperament and lack of professionalism. It’s a shame, because the rest of the team seems great. But a business is only as strong as its leadership, and in this case, that's where the experience breaks down. I hope the employees find themselves under better leadership.
