My 2nd time here at this location on Pelham Road and both times I felt as though my business was not wanted. I've been here since 11:38am. I went in at 12:38pm and checked to see if the battery ready. A guy said that it was still charging( not the one in the picture)and it is now 2:37pm. Not only that but when my battery was brought from the back, I was told that it was still not full.So, I took my battery and left. Ridiculous service. Terrible attitude especially from the guy in the picture. Will not be returning back to this location ever again whatsoever. Also, did anyone else get racist vibes from this location? Horrible experience...

Two years ago we purchased a battery from this store with a 3 year warranty while traveling for our daughter. Yesterday our daughter's battery died in another state. The Advanced Auto in Texas was not helpful...could not look up the warranty or anything. They were rude and not helpful at all. We called the Greenville store and the young man that answered the phone at the counter was so very helpful. He found the warranty and then when he could not get the Texas store to help, he called his General Manager. The GM spoke with myself in NC, my daughter and the store in Texas. He stayed on the phone with my daughter until this was resolved and she was getting a new battery. They went so far above and beyond last night from this store. As a worried parent 17.5 hours away, they really did an amazing job. I would drive to SC now just to purchase from this store. I am so grateful for all they did.

While traveling, my Check Engine light came on. Knowing Advance Auto looks up "check engine" light codes and informs customers how serious it is or not. The guy behind the counter greeted me right away. After my explanation of my concerns. He grabbed the code reader. Let's see what we got. He informed me it was an O2 sensor. He told me my mpg might not be as good as it was in the past, but not to be overly worried about it and that it could wait until I retured home. Then I could have my local mechanic replace it. He did not try and sell me something I didn't need. He sent me on my way with peace of mind.
