Great place if you only need air in your tires. I called on Thur Nov 14th to see if they could look at a tire with a nail in it. He said it would be an hour and a half, it would be quicker if I could bring it in the morning. I was there at 8 am. Their computers were down. I gave them my info and keys and sat down. An hour in, a cute young lady came in and said her tire pressure warning had been on for a couple of days and she just ignored it but it wouldn’t go off. He said pull your car right around and we’ll get you taken care of. And she was in and out. I was just trying to be patient as they seemed busy. After 2 hours I asked how much longer because I was now late for work. He apologized and said they didn’t know I was there, he had come in at 9 after me. I asked if they could just put my full size spare on and I would just leave the tire for repair and pick it up later. They pulled it around but were unable to find the lug key. I told them it should be in the back with the jack. All 3 of us went to the back of the car and looked around. I picked up several things in the jack kit and asked if this was it and they both told me no. I didn’t know what it looked like. They told me I would have to take it to the dealership. I did. At the dealership I asked where the lug key was suppose to be, he walked back to the trunk and lifted up the floor where the jack kit was and said its right here. And there was the little piece I had showed them and asked if this was it. It was there all along. Thankfully the dealership put my spare on for me. So I missed and entire day of work because apparently the tire people were looking right at a lug nut key but didn’t know what it was. I did stop back by to show them where it was so in the future they would know and they didn't even ask me if I still needed the tire fixed. So I wouldn’t trust them to do any actual work on my car. But if you just need air in your tires so that annoying tire pressure warning will go off they can get you right in and out. I do still need the tire repaired if anyone has a recommendation for a tire place other than Goodyear.

Checked these guys out today. Had a 9:30am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on our Camry. Got there at 9:20 check in process was going good until he said "you're dropping it off right?". Said nope I'm waiting on it. He told us it would be 2-3 hours because he was short handed. He let us check it in and go home to get our other vehicle so we could drop it off . It wound up taking every bit of 3 hours. Was almost 1pm when I paid for my 9:30 appointment. Anyway I seriously want to give them less stars because of this, but they were very up front about it. They were obviously busy and they didn't BS me which I appreciate. The price was very good and yes I could've gotten quicker service at one of those jiffy places but they're like $50 more. Anyway I now know next time just prepare to drop it off. Service was exceptional. They did a great job and I'll come here again.

Scheduled an appointment for exhaust pipe repair, there was a drop down selection for it. Dropped it off Sunday because the technician isn’t in on Sundays. The other people there said that they do do exhaust work and that I can make an appointment for Monday. Got a call Monday afternoon from “Keith” or whatever his name is. Very rude and blunt about not doing exhaust work. When I ask him “So you do none at all?” He got aggressive and said I just told you we do no exhaust work. I did not say this but Weird since you have an option to do exhaust AND the employees the other day said that you do. He then hung the phone up on me. Would not recommend, don’t waste your time or money here for anything more than air in the tire.

The staff took great care of my wife when she was traveling home from a trip and had a flat tire. It was late in the day on a Sunday and they made sure she could safely continue down the road and make it home safely!

Arrived at 9am for my oil change appointment. Left for 90 minutes & returned to check on it since they hadn't called me. At 10:30 they hadn't even started it yet!! What's the point of making an appointment if they ignore it? I told them not to bother and took car . Poor service. Will never return. Used to be run efficiently when Matt was here.

I have only had fantastic experiences here. The staff is honest concerning vehicle repairs, attentive to customer needs and always stands behind there work. I always feel I am being treated fair. I would recommend them for any work that needs to be done on your vehicle.

Called about an engine check light and scheduled a check up. Light cleared the morning of the check up before the appointment. Tech behind the desk claimed to not be able to pull codes from the onboard computer without the light on. Took my car to the dealership, which was able to pull the codes using my $30 reader with no issues - the same reader the tech claimed automatically cleared codes. These guys don't know basic troubleshooting steps. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Wanted to drop a few lines to say thank you for excellent service given to me by one of your employees, Keith Flinkinshelt. I was on my way for vacation and air went out in my car. Keith got it done and with "no charge" to get me on my way. Thanks and I give yall 5 stars for this service.

As someone who recently moved to the area, and is a Lyft/Uber driver, I needed to get my car inspected, and necessary repairs done. The folks here at Goodyear took care of me in a timely and cost effective way. Since then I've had to bring my car in for a few other things, from a simple oil change to replacing my spark plugs and coil wires. They have very quickly become my go to source here for any repairs I need. Keith and Jarred in particular have been professional, friendly and very helpful, always mindful that my car is my livelihood as a rideshare driver, and get me back on the road ASAP. I highly recommend them for any auto service needs you might have!
