Excellent service. Very efficient. Justin communicated all the steps, what was being done on the vehicle, and the cost, and time it would take. He was also very considerate. Service was quick. Doing the same service at the Toyota dealership like I used to do would have taken at least 4 times as long. Very impressed. Highly recommended.

Went here for what I thought was a simple oil change air filter my air filter change. Long story short, they messed up the filter installation which in turn caused my mass airflow sensor to malfunction and need replacing. I paid $823.35 for parts and labor at my mechanic Asmar’s and when I confronted Valvoline they admit fault but they will only cover half of my bill. They installed the air filter incorrectly and state it had nothing to do with it malfunctioning my MAF. I attached pictures and you can see the end of the filter is warped and they bent the plastic where you insert it as they tried to forcibly fit it. My mechanic said Chevy sent out a memo letting people know the air filter for my model has to be put in a certain manner and I guess valvoline doesn’t train their employees on up to date information because they missed the mark. Lame! never had this happen before and this is the first and last time I ever go to Valvoline. Stick to Oil Changers, they have never had anyone incompetent work on my car.

I want to give a big shoutout to the team here. 10/10 customer service! I was running a bit late to work and I needed to get my oil changed. The team was understanding and did an excellent job.
