Bought Tires a year ago. Came back and imeditaly I noticed that something had changed at this location without even asking any one. I asked Jonathan and Monty did something happen or change cause I noticed the workers where professional well dressed for the job and so much more organized. Just felt yea this place is on. Dave is working on my trailer and so far all is looking good. Got to give props to Jonathan and Monty for a good job. I got a chance to speak with them and good people. Change can be good if you embrace it. Well done guys.

This place was good now you can't bring your own tires in and have them mounted You're a freaking tire shop you don't want to mount tires that we got lame you don't even notify your customers your account holders you just tell us when we get there real professional

Thanks for taking 4 spots at cocina del charro on a Sunday for the past hour....there is plenty of space in the back of the lot but Mexicans do what they want. Heaven forbid they park in the back and have to walk a couple hundred feet

Dear Parkhouse Tire Team, I recently contracted with Parkhouse Tire to provide and install a new set of six tires for my 2019 Newmar luxury RV. Given that our RV is only five years old and the existing tires had excellent tread with no visible issues, you might wonder why we opted for new tires. As part of our preparation for a two-year excursion starting in early October, we wanted to prioritize safety. It's widely recommended within the RV community to replace tires every 5-7 years, regardless of their appearance or mileage, to avoid the risk of a blowout. With safety in mind, we decided to replace our Michelin 305/70R22.5 XRV tires with the same brand and model. A tire blowout in a 19-ton, half-million-dollar rig is no joke, and we chose to be cautious by adhering to the 5-7 year replacement guideline. We wanted to avoid any risks by ensuring proper inflation, weight distribution per tire, and timely replacement. After spending nearly $7,000 for these new tires, I was shocked to discover that the DOT tire manufacture date codes indicated the tires were produced in the 44th week of 2022—making them already 1 year and 7 months old at the time of installation. This was unacceptable, especially considering that my previous tires were still in great condition. After six weeks of waiting and repeated "we’ll get back to you" responses, I was finally informed that the tires installed were deemed acceptable by your standards. However, this does not align with our expectations. We believed we were purchasing fresh tires, not ones that were already approaching two years old. We understand that tires can spend some time in a warehouse, but 19 months is excessive, particularly for the price we paid and the impact on the safety and resale value of our RV. We attempted to work with Parkhouse Tire to replace the Michelin tires with Toyo M144s, as we were informed that the Michelin tires are difficult to source and that Toyo’s stock is refreshed more frequently. Unfortunately, our request was met with a refusal and no alternative solutions were offered. The repeated response of “Sorry, there is nothing we can do” is simply not acceptable. It's disheartening to feel that Parkhouse Tire prioritizes profits over customer safety. Given the importance of tire quality for an RV of this size and value, I expected much better service and consideration.

Escondido was absolutely horrible. Got there, no lines. Thought I would get right out. Bunch of guys standing around. Waited half hour, nobody started on my flat. Asked the office guy. He said it would be a while before they could get to it while showing pictures to a couple of workers standing around on his phone. I left. Parkhouse is usually great. Not Escondido
