Picked up my online order, and a part was broken right out of the box. Employee was extremely unhelpful and refused to provide a refund/forced me to still buy the broken part. Great example of why this retailer is going out of business. I’m going to file a chargeback with my credit card since this advance location won’t provide me with a working part in exchange for my money (absolutely illegal business practice).

I had to replace the battery in my diesel tractor. I went to Eacondido CA store. Manufacturer recommended size battery not in stock so I paid and they had to order from warehouse. They said they would call when it came in... never received call. Called a week later to check and it had arrived days before. When I picked up battery I noticed date code indicated battery had been on shelf for over a year. I mentioned to clerk and they said if it didn't work I could return under warranty. I reluctantly took the battery and installed. Well... it didn't work. Failed to hold a charge using 2 different chargers and wouldn't start diesel tractor. Took it back and they tested on handheld tester. They said it was good on their 5min voltage test so they would not honor return under warranty.. I told them it didn't work. Had to call manager to eventually authorize refund and they acted like it was a special favor to take it back.

Front counter is amazing, they always help me when I need something, I like coming to this store a lot, this is now my go to store. I believe my favorite workers are Liz & Samara. They are amaizing.
