Older gentleman was very kind and found me an extremely great deal on wiper blades. He still had the concept of chivalry, even changed them for me in the rain with the knowledge that I knew how to install them as well. Gentlemen do still exist, just not under the age of 50 (trust me I've been searching). That kind of customer service and care gives me faith that A.I., which is leading us into a horrible disconnected future, just may dissipate and run its course clearing the way for the mom and pops to prevail. I'm glad people and places like this still exist.

Im a regular here over the decades and still enjoy the convenience of this location just by default... why? CAL TRANS! Whenever the 15 freeway gets backed up because of the never ending construction... or an accident and you're right off the 78. Without pre-dating myself...there was a time when Autozone not far from your location was only 24hrs. Those graveyard times in this day and age is just to DANGEROUS. Even Wal Mart quit those business hours. Looking at your homeless population in your parking lot, have them work for you by cleaning it. Lastly for safety of sake....tell your drivers to GET OFF the phone when driving. :)

They went over and above to help me this evening. Recently having neck surgery, I couldn't even check my oil and they came and helped me with no hesitation. I really appreciated it and so did my truck after adding 4 quarts of oil. I recommend this location.

I needed break lightbulbs for my car and was able to get them here for a total of $17 (4 bulbs). The location feels unsafe; tons of homeless folks outside and lots of trash floating around from what they leave behind. When I got the bulbs, I also had to find them in the aisle myself. Every time I go to the other O'Reilly in Escondido (closer to Valley Center), the employees get the parts for me or walk me to the area and show me the different options. This place didn't do that. It can can be confusing to many people to find parts without help. That's something this place could improve on. I do appreciate that this place is open until 10pm, but I'm not sure if i would come at night because of how many people linger in the parking lot and on the side of the building.

So I had an extremely stressful morning. Just trying to find a part for my Kia optima I tried Autozone they did have it, I went to dealer they had only half of the part! Finally I went to O'Reilly(staff has always been friendly) but Jake went above and beyond taking his time to find the small piece I need for my coolant. Definitely recommend going to that specific store.

Had to get one of my brake lights changed. The website said that with a purchase of bulbs that they would change the light for free if it was a simple disconnection and didn’t require extensive work to disconnect and replace. The price was cheap and costed less than $10 for the bulbs but when the guy came out to see if he could replace it, he said he couldn’t and I’d need to take it to an auto shop. At this point I’m stressing because I can’t afford to go somewhere to get it replaced and cost me a bunch of extra money. So I just looked it up on YouTube and it was surprisingly easy to replace, so I just went ahead and did it myself. Went back inside to ask them to help me check if they are all working properly and they said both brake lights were connected and working properly. Pretty sure the guy who initially came out either had no idea how to do it or was just being lazy. Thankfully because I tried, I was able to avoid spending tons of money on having someone else do it for me. Just wish the guy had been of more help when getting it replaced. Will probably go to a different store next time I need help with small stuff like that.

Stopped in for some degreaser, 6 people in line and only 1 person at the counter helping and the counter associate takes a call while helping...at least 4 other employess in the back . Asked for additional help and he said it wasnt available. The homeless outside this store is whole other mess.

Huge location and lots of parts. But the area its at is ghetto. Litterly watched a drug deal in broad daylight outfront and then while I was swapping a part in my truck the dude was talking to someone and never let the dude talk back. (He was tweeking)
