Quick service! The staff was friendly and wasn't pushing me to get/buy other things for my car (although I was offered). Sam was excellent and seemed like he actually cared for your car. Thanks sam!

I visited Vovline Oil Change on July 11, 2024, and had an outstanding experience. The entire crew was professional and efficient. They provided excellent service and were very transparent about their pricing, which was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Vovline Oil Change for anyone looking for top-notch service and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future oil changes. Great job, team!

It’s just so easy to pull in and get an oil change. Especially when I have my daughter with autism with me. It’s a short, but efficient time. All the people at this participant one are always very friendly and courteous.

They're quick and easy to deal with! Pretty straightforward service! Nice and professional employees! I did my frontier there and they took their time coz they had to remove skids! Will come back

People is nice here but they seemed to not find me in the database I was trying to get my battery changed out and the guy told me I had to pay I kept telling him that I have a warranty but it seem to not be clicking in his head and not care to dig deeper I came here for a oil change I received my paperwork back and it had my last name spelled wrong if you can't seem to spell Melton currently as I am saying it and you don't hear the eeeee then go back to school my last name was spelled Milton like how? Can you get it mixed up

I had a fantastic experience at the Sawmill Valvoline! Alexander K assisted me the entire time and was incredibly friendly and professional. Alex P, Caitlin, and Conner worked efficiently on the top bay, while Chris handled everything underneath the vehicle. The whole team was knowledgeable, quick, and kept me informed throughout the process. I really appreciated the thorough service—checking my fluids, tire pressure, and even topping off my windshield washer fluid. No high-pressure upselling, just honest recommendations. It’s so convenient not having to leave my car, and they made sure everything was done right. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change! Highly recommend!

I went to get a long overdue oil change. I was previously going to the dealership and I feel like they were trying to get over on me. I received a coupon and decided to try out Valvoline. I did a little research before deciding on this specific location. It had great reviews. I’m glad I chose this location because the staff was very professional and got me in and out. The best part was I didn’t have to leave my car.

I normally take our cars here and have a good experience. Recently the manager running the place is unfriendly and curt, but whatever. But my daughter brought her car there for an oil change and when she got home the car was leaking oil on the driveway. By the morning, there was a huge oil stain under the car and her oil light came on, on the way to work. She stopped at the valvoline instant oil change on the way to work and the car had no oil in it! They filled it back up and she came back after work and they said the oil filter was installed incorrectly and fixed it. Scary to say the least. Frustrating that we take our cars to these places blindly trusting the service. Needless to say, I’ve advised her to take her car back to the Mazda car dealership for her routine oil changes.

Hadn't been to Valvoline before, Alex, Sam and Caitlin hooked it up! It was quick, and easy. You can tell they have a good work culture there because everyone seemed to get along and work efficiently. I will for sure go back!
