Byers Mazda Service Center

The service department is always friendly and helpful. They don't try to up sale unnecessary services and I feel valued as a customer. The waiting area has TV, snacks and beverages and the facility is always very clean, including the restroom. I really like the Mazda brand and have found it to be very reliable. Whenever something has needed repaired, Byers Mazda has been right on it and gotten it quickly fixed. It's easy to make appointments at a convenient time and they are very good with communicating what to expect. Thank you for a great experience.

I've had my Mazda serviced at Byers regularly since I purchased it. I appreciate using a team who knows the quirks of my vehicle make and model. I make appointments online, which is appreciated even though the online service request system can be a little cumbersome. I find the service team to be professional and friendly. They have always explained to me what they find, including what needs to be done and what can wait to be performed later. This service, I waited on-site for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and check up. It took about an hour, as expected. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

They made everything nice and easy just asked for a few things about the car and what’s being done to it the wait was about expected and price wasn’t too bad either. Options on what could need serviced soon or needs immediate attention to get taken care of is nice as well without being super pushy, customer service was great as well.

From setting up a test drive to leaving with my brand new car, I could not have asked for better service. I knew what I wanted when I set up my test drive. When I arrived, they had that vehicle ready and waiting. They did a fantastic job of finding the best deal for financing and made an normally arduous process a breeze.

I purchased my car here in 2020 and had a great experience for my first car purchase and have been getting it serviced here ever since. Everyone at Byers has always been very helpful and my vehicle is serviced quickly. Recently I had some repairs that were needed and my car was just out of my warranty and they worked with me to find a solution. Ken is always great to work with and takes the time to explain the repairs, I’m an engineer and appreciate the detail he goes into explaining them! I will definitely be getting my next car here again.

I was uncertain about getting a new car sooner than expected, but Mike was very easy to work with and not pushy at all. I was able to go home, think about, and test drive my new CX-70 for a second time before deciding to get it. I've had no issues so far and love it! When it came to the finance part, the financial guy (I can't remember his name) didn't force/push any extended warranties, but instead gave us information about the top 3 that he personally recommended. There was no pressure to add it on and he was very understanding when we said no to all but 1 (and thank goodness I got it because I got a puncture in my tire 2 weeks later which was covered under that warranty!). They also have really nice complimentary coffee which is great for a night shift worker like myself.

Byers Mazda is one of the best dealerships in Central Ohio. Took my car in for oil and filter change along with tire rotation. Mechanic / Technician videoed as he inspected my car around and under my car…texted me the video and took great care in delivering excellent service.
