My car was making a loud, grinding noise with the check engine light on. I called Dan Tobin Buick and described the problem and let them know the car had cut out on me in traffic. I was afraid to get stuck on the way there to the shop. Within 1 hr they knocked on my door in a tow truck. I gave the mechanic (two guys came) my key and after a brief discussion, they decided to try to drive it in so that they might also assess the issue. Three hours later I got a call describing my repairs needed, which I approved. The next day at noon I received the call the car was done. I gave payment over the phone. My car was dropped off within the hour. I NEVER LEFT MY HOUSE!! They were awesome! I'm handicapped with a heart condition and walking is difficult for me. I am so dependent on my vehicle to get around. They were quick, efficient, and kind. It was my first experience with Dan Tobin and I won't hesitate to use them again. Great guys!

After emailing the body shop asking about an appointment they reply bring it in. I ask when is a good time they reply with the body shops hours. So I make the trip a hour away to be treated like the pandemics patient Zero. They took 5 pics and said we call you in a day or so. Point Being! Is thanks for the complete waste of a 2hr round trip. 5 STAR rating for the Sales team,vehicles and prices. Update: got the call back apparently since I noticed the damage while washing my car and owning my Vehicle since June of last year they dont see how they could be responsible??? I didn't do anything to my Vehicle it had a crash in the same location where the body is falling apart when I bought it . Fix Your own bodywork th at didn't make it a year. Due to Rude Unprofessional staff never again will do I business with Dan Tobin.

[UPDATED BELOW]: Overall above average work. I am happy with the body shop at Dan Tobin Chevrolet Buick-GMC. The paint matches beautifully on a car that is 4 years old with 50k miles. I brought my vehicle to Dan Tobin Chevrolet Buick-GMC after an incident with a deer. Pros: 1. Extremely polite customer service from drop off until pick up. 2. The team worked directly with my insurance company adjuster. 3. I was informed weekly by phone on the status of the repair as well as an estimated completion date. 4. The Vehicle was washed and did look excellent when we picked it up from Dan Tobin Chevrolet Buick-GMC. 5. Almost all parts were OEM and not aftermarket, this really impressed me. Cons: 1. Had to tighten up a lamp assembly housing behind the front bumper of my car after arriving at home from the body shop. It was rattling and all 4 screws were loose. This took 35 minutes of my own time. 2. Emailed the shop manager (while the vehicle was still in the body shop) to inform of a broken piece on the exhaust flex pipe that I had not mentioned when I initially dropped the car off. He replied back that it would be addressed. The broken piece is still as is after picking the car up. 3. The entire radiator support was pushed back right into the engine from the accident. The technicians did an excellent job replacing almost everything except for the A/C lineset that was smashed into the turbo housing. When arriving at home from the body shop and opening the hood, these lines body were still smashed into the turbo. I gently pulled them away. Since they are aluminum, not sure how long they will last. All 3 of these items are not really a big deal, but after spending close to 7K on repairs, my expectation was these issues should have been addressed before releasing the vehicle back to me. Despite these minor issues, I will return and will recommend Dan Tobin Chevrolet Buick-GMC for repairs and service. UPDATE: 12/22/21: Dan Tobin body shop (now Ricart) reached out to me shortly after the original review posted, and made it their #1 priority to rectify the issues noted above. 1. The A/C line was ordered in and replaced. 2. The spring around the exhaust (which was just hanging loose and rattling) was removed. 3. The car was washed after work was completed. I do hope the new owners (Ricart) keep the current team members on staff, because their attention to customer satisfaction is unmatched.

Brittany, at Ricart body shop, was fantastic!! She kept us informed and answered any and all questions without hesitation. The repair work was done well and timely. The delay was the insurance company of course! Car looks great now!! Thank you Ricart body shop guys for taking care of our vehicle!

Called about a vehicle and was told that it was available. Drove 20 miles in rush hour traffic to hear them say "just sold it, look at this 1". Not the salesmans fault. I do understand wanting to sell vehicles but that ordeal had me upset for a minute...
