NTB-National Tire & Battery

I have been coming to this specific NTB shop for about seven years. I’ve always been very pleased with the service that Joe and his team have provided for multiple vehicles Of mine. Frank and honest conversation about vehicle maintenance, very fair prices, and excellent customer service and follow up. Highly recommend.

Tonight I received the best service from some of the kindest men in the industry. From ease of business to being trustworthy, patient and answering all of my questions they deserve 5 stars not unlike the service I was given! In a world that seems to have forgotten the meaning of customer service these employees are a reminder of what first class service is!

Mike was amazing. This place is now our go to spot for tire problems. They have the most helpful staff and the best prices! We needed help close to their closing time and they got everything done so quickly to help us out!

Had the BEST experience today. Came in needing a tire replaced and they were so kind, efficient, and got us right in. In and out within 40 minutes. These guys are awesome and know their stuff.

I would just like to say that every single time I have been in this store, Joey and Alex have always been very knowledgeable, respectful, and all around great with customer service. I have always been greeted and not only that, they continue conversations with you, listen to what you have to say, and never tell me "You need this or that" which is nice because I know what I came in for ( obviously if its something super detrimental they would tell me). I have been here for everything from new tires, oil change , and just getting an emergency plug in my tire. Every time they have been super nice and professional. Prices are decent and honestly lower than nearby places, which is nice! I would recommend this NTB to anyone who asked or needs service.

I took my car to the Dublin NTB today and, as usual, had a great experience. My tire pressure light had come on again, even though my neighbor had just checked the tires last week and used his compressor to fill them . In the store Joey Starr greeted me, took my information and had my car in the back within minutes. Within 15 minutes Joey let me know there was a nail in a tire and that it was being patched as he was speaking to me. I appreciated the update. I was in and out of NTB within half an hour. They are always friendly and efficient there. I value having a place I trust.

Always the best! We've started bringing our cars here for all kinds of maintenance. They are always honest, very fairly priced, and they've patched tires for free. I only hesitate to post this because this NTB feels like the best-kept secret around - I never have to wait long. But their business deserves a bump, even if it means longer waits for me in the future.

I brought my car in today for last second valve stem replacement. They were able to get me in same day and out very quickly. Will absolutely be coming back.

NTB at Billingsley Rd was awesome! I had a screw in my tire and it was completely flat. They fixed it for free and saved me having to replace the tire. I’ve purchased tires from them previously and they’re thoroughly professional and provide great service. Thanks!!!
