It was great, smooth sailing. We had a hitch put on our subaru. Sean was great to deal with while over the phone when I made our appointment and then when we arrived. I like the whole process of service, it's professional and efficient. Driving up to the service doors and then the techs are there immediately to take care of you. Thanks, and I will never go anywhere else but here.

Our experience with Byers Subaru in Dublin, Ohio was well beyond satisfactory…in fact, the entire service team at Byers Subaru went well beyond what my husband and I could have wished for or expected from a normal car dealership. My husband and I were traveling from Kentucky to Boston, MA when all of sudden, a ridiculous number of warning lights went off on the dashboard in our 2024 Outback. We were trying to get to Syracuse, NY for the first leg of our 845 mile journey to Boston for our son’s baby shower in 3 days. We located the nearest Subaru dealership in Dublin, OH at Byers Subaru. When they saw our dashboard, they immediately took in our car for diagnostic testing. Since our time schedule was tight, Brittany, our Service Guest Specialist, tried to help us find a rental so we could continue on our journey to this special occasion. She provided us a Lyft ride to and from the rental car agency (they didn’t have a car large enough for our luggage and gifts) When we returned for our trip to the rental car agency, the Service Foreman, David Mercadante, was waiting for us with the part in hand that caused the entire issue. Naturally, they did not have the part on premise, but, in order for us to continue our journey, they removed the part from existing vehicle so we could continue on our trip. We made it in time for the baby shower and it was a success. Our entire experience from this extraordinary service team at Byers Subaru Dublin, to my husband and I, at least, is the gold standard to which all service teams should be judged. We just wish they were just a little closer to Kentucky.

I am using Byers Subaru for all regular maintenance on my Outback and any repairs covered by warranty. I really like how efficient their booking/check-in/loaner/communication/check-out process is. And they are reasonably quick with any work. Obviously not as cheap as a small neighborhood shop, but you get peace of mind.

This was my first maintenance check for my Outback. Technician was very thorough going over what was done during the check up. They have a great waiting area with water, coffee and snacks available. Keep up the good service Byers!

Took my car in last week to get looked at for an issue and get serviced. Trisha Wolford was my service speacialist. She went above and beyond to fix my issues and made sure I was satisfied. I was very impressed with her customer service, communication, and commitement to customer satisfaction. Any time I need to take my car in the future I will be going directly to Trisha. Thanks again, appriciate the exceptional service from Trisha and Buyers Subaru.
