Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The technician left my antifreeze cap off and I overheated and all of the antifreeze was all over the engine of my 2022 Hyunda Tucson Hybrid. I had to put $40 of antifreeze in it and clean the engine. I will be calling the manager today.

Rate this place -5 stars!!! People are great! Service is good. Corporate does NOT stand behind the work. Tech made a mistake, oil emptied out of the engine and blew it. Replaced engine & 1 turbo (out of 2) with a used engine. Less than 5k miles later, other turbo blew! Corporate refused to cover the 2nd turbo replacement @ $1,800. Will NEVER patronize this establishment, regardless of the service, due to lack of Corporate backing! Valvoline SUCKS!!! And as y'all can see, Jamie doesn't even read or respond to these reviews anymore. Obviously, he doesn't care about the store's reputation...

These folks did an oil change on my Durango 2 weeks ago. I discovered an oil leak when I left it parked over clean concrete. I checked the level and it was down 2 full quarts. So I jacked it up and found the oil drain plug wasn't tight. In fact it had spun itself nearly out. I can only imagine how quick I would have lost my truck had I not noticed the puddle of oil. If this were the only time a serious oversite occurred, I would say this was just an honest mistake, but it happened with my Honda too. I wont be returning. If you do, make sure you check all the bolts before leaving.

Listen, y'all are not actual mechanics--I get that. But when you are replacing the oil and the oil spills over the funnel and onto the engine below, the very least you could do is alert the customer that there will be dripping oil as a result (you know, so the customer doesn't think there is an oil leak or that you forgot the cap). Do you think customers don't care or won't notice?

This place has gone downhill. Just had my oil changed about 2 weeks ago. Got home and opened my hood and found that my air cleaner clamps were not put back on. I've owned this car for many years and never have I had snow collected under the skid plate and rear cover. My skid plate underneath was inappropriately put on. Found that two bolts were not put on and missing and the others were loose. Won't be back to this location ever again..

in and out and fair price on synthetic package oil change. the whole crew was very nice, and I am glad I chose Valvoline for my oil change. I will be back!

Valvoline Instant Oil Change deserve six stars. They are polite, professional, check all available fluid levels, plus the tire pressure, battery condition, air filter and even if the vehicle registration is up-to-date.
