Vehicle successfully passed inspection. Certificate in hand. However real time upload to MVD did not take place per MVD guidelines. I am not able to reregister my vehicle online. I tried the same day and next day. I called three times for assistance but no one answers the phone. I left three messages in which no one had the courtesy to return my calls. Next day I went back to the location and the attendant said there was nothing they could do. He said I had to go to an MVD office to register my vehicle which defeats the purpose and convenience of online registration. Honestly, I should have thought first about using this location. It is in a sketchy location to begin with. I will voice my complaint to the MVD department since this locations computer system does not transfer testing results to the state successfully. At least not in my case and of those who also had similar experiences. I do not recommend using this location. Use a different company.

Went for emissions 2 weeks ago, and they failed it because THEY could not read the OBDII reader. Person doing the test looked like he didn't know what he was doing. Asked if they could retest in case it was an equipment issue with them and they said it would be $24 for a retest, or $15 if we had proof we fixed the issue. We had no clue what the issue could be, since THEIR OBDII reader didn't function properly, but they claimed it wasn't their equipment. They also failed to tell us that I could go down to the emissions main location for the State and get a retest for FREE. so we went home and used our own OBDII reader, and it showed no codes/nothing going on. Went the next day to Auto Zone, they also showed nothing going on. Went down to the State emissions location on 2nd Street in ABQ for a FREE retest, and it passed with no problems. This location obviously has some equipment issues they refuse to acknowledge, and instead will just let people fail and cost them more money. Not to mention they say it will cost me $24 to retest, instead of telling me I have the option to go to the State emissions location for a FREE retest. Beware of this LOCATION, since they refuse to fix their equipment that doesn't always work properly, don't mention I can get a FREE retest at the State location, and are obviously trying to get people to pay them more money for a retest. Get your equipment fixed and quit failing people when nothing is wrong with their vehicle.

Pulled up right at at closing. Will got my car done in away. I really appreciate it the time he saved me. I probably would have keep putting it off with my busy work schedule. Thanks for your service.

Having forgotten to renew my registration, for almost a month, I was in a panic! I knew I needed an emissions test and I thought I would have to wait for the new sticker. The guy, didn't get his name tho he gave it, was so friendly, so funny, so helpful!! And when he slapped that new sticker on my plates I all but did a cartwheel in gratitude! It was a GREAT experience and I have already recommended this place to friends "when the black truck is there", lol 👍🏼👍🏼

Yesterday I was sitting at the carwash finishing my conversation on the phone in a bay a man told me I had to leave and when I said no because I haven't washed my car he flashed a chrome gun at me. An investigation is underway. By the way the Fasttest Emissions owns the carwash.
