Fred and His team at dirty dog have exceeded all my expectations and then some, had my Jeep Re geared to 4.88 and also needed an oil filter cooler replacement. Fred Informed me of anymore work they came across and explained everything very well and makes you feel comfortable, they left everything very clean and well maintained. Explained the break in period and even showed pictures of the gears in place and ready to go. I would recommend anything and everything jeep to Dirty Dog Off-Road

My 2017 Jeep Rubicon was having terrible death wobble problems. I thought I fixed it once using OEM parts to replace the worn steering linkages. That lasted only a year. I went to three different mechanics in town here and they all told me the same thing - that my suspension was tight, and could not find any issues. I finally started looking further afield and found Dirty Dog Off Road Jeeps in Albuquerque that had good reviews. I went down there and Fred was able to diagnose the problem in about 10 minutes. My OEM parts were not cutting it given my 2 1/2 inch lift and larger tires. The steering linkages and ball joints were just not beefy enough. Fred’s recommendations were conservative in light of my budget and he focused on just what would resolve the issue. Repairs were done in a day and now my steering feels bombproof.

Great place for general maintenance or fun upgrades. Care about their work and have lots of information about anything Jeep related. Gave free diagnosis of engine check light and fair prices on repair.

Awesome service! Reasonably priced! We are from El Paso, TX, and stayed the night in ABQ on our way to do some off-roading in CO in our Jeep Gladiator when we realized the RCV Boot had popped off. We called Dirty Dog on a Thurs morning before heading up to CO, and spoke to Fred Hawkins. He said to bring it in right away! He fixed it and had us back on the road very quickly. Being out-of-towners traveling through, he could have easily gouged us with a high price but didn't! He charged us an incredibly reasonable rate! We were so grateful! We also found out that he is Jeep certified to do gear work. We will definitely return, and we will send friends as well. Thank you, Dirty Dog!

Best service for my 1981 CJ 7 Something is always leaking and Nic and Fred were so professional, knowledgeable and fair priced. My brake system needed re-done and glad to have their expertise and my intuition. TY so much.

When my Jeep Patriot started acting up I called Dirty Dog Off Road to see if they would be able to take a look at it for me and I made an appointment to drop it off. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue for me and before I knew it I was back on the road. I love my Jeep and I want to keep it for as long as possible so I’ve been searching for a great shop like this that is just as enthusiastic about them as I am. I’m glad I found this shop and know that for any future maintenance my car will be in good hands.

Fred and the guys at Dirty Dog are really amazing. I bought an old Jeep and was having some issues with it. No one in town wanted to work on it and Fred got it in right away. They did a diag on it and immediately found the problem. I had my jeep back the next day. They charged me a reasonable amount. I will go back and refer all of my friends and family.
