I took my 2022 F250 in June of 2023 when what we assume was a bike that put a hole in my door. Christian and the staff were very professional and super friendly. They did really great work. Can’t even tell there was any damage. Thanks Crash Champions!

If I could give zero stars I would. My accident occurred almost a month ago and from the start it’s been a struggle communicating with this shop or getting any kind of follow up. I was originally told the estimate would be done within a week and heard nothing after a week. I’ve had to call multiple times to get my specialist Chris on the phone. Each time the receptionist was rude and no one was ever available to speak with. When I finally was able to get him on the phone he said they had just gotten it on the lift the day prior after having my vehicle for 25 days. I was told it would cost $9000+ to repair my vehicle. When asking for the appraisal value I was told that it’s an automated system they use and that the shop doesn’t have access to the results. So again I am left waiting. To be fair it was USAA’s “trusted” shop that I knew better than to trust but figured I’d give them a shot since I trusted USAA. NEVER AGAIN! After being a 20+ customer with USAA I am considering other options because this has been an absolute nightmare. Go anywhere else besides this shop if you have the option; unless you want to wait forever to get your estimate completed and be treated rudely by everyone you speak to and only to find out after a month of waiting they’re gonna total out your vehicle more than likely. 👎🏼

I had a great experience with Crash Champions! Dave and Ann offered excellent customer service from the initial quote through to the end of the repairs, and made sure I was satisfied with the results. I was kept informed with updates throughout the process, and my vehicle was ready before the predicted completion date. Many thanks to the entire team. I would HIGHLY recommend using Crash Champions!

Loved the customer service and care used with our car. It took a crazy amount of time to get the car back, but that's because of shipping delays - nothing Crash Champions can control. UPDATE 12/24: We had to take our other car into crash champions for a slight fix and as usual they did a great job kept us informed the entire time and took a great care of the car while it was there.

The following is our experience with Crash Champions. Please be advised: Crash Champions will not support any repair work caused by them after the initial job. If your vehicle has an issue when it leaves the parking lot that was not noticed at the time of pick-up, they will not take responsibility for correcting it. No additional repair work will be provided. Any repair work is considered to be off the clock for a technician, thus taking time away from other shop work. It is solely the owner's responsibility to correct any problems caused by this shop. Ensure complete satisfaction with their work before taking your car home.

So far, I'm perfectly pleased with the repair. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The repair took longer than originally estimated and the final cost was almost twice the original estimate (paid for by the other party's insurance). I didn't receive twice/week text updates as I'd been told, I had to call them for updates.
