Traveling cross country in 2007 and the serpentine belt went on my car. I showed up as he was closing for the day but Jim was so kind and helpful! He got me back on the road the next morning at a reasonable price. I’ve never forgotten his kindness (and here it is 2023!) Highly recommend!!

I have been a customer of Harlow's for over 15 years and have always been very happy with the auto repair and maintenance work they've done. Jim is honest and upfront about what a repair will cost in advance of the work. He transported my old car twice when it wouldn't start and I was stranded. Doesn't stand behind his work, the owner will argue & circle talk you because he's back pedaling and is trying to argue you into believing THAT his mistake is your expense! AND... I've since had to have the SAME work redone.. Found SABATOGE... !
