Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Very informative and the staff is nice. Jon explained everything as we went along with the inspection and services. Service was incredibly quick and reasonably priced. This was the first time I stayed in the car during services and it was really cool! It was great to hear the communication between the staff and you can tell these folks enjoy their jobs here!

Very welcoming service. I came in recently for an oil change and to check other fluids, and a tire rotation. The manager with glasses was very helpful. I informed her of a transmission issue i have and I knew they couldn't check my transmission fluid because mine is sealed. And the manager knew that. But she still asked what was wrong with my transmission. This shows she cares, and wants to recommend me and inform me about info which I really appreciate.

Service was fine, but the guy forgot to give me a veteran discount after I showed him my ID. He said he couldn't fix it unless I called customer care. I didn't want to call customer care, so I asked for a gift card. He gave me a coupon for $7 off my next service with the 7 crossed out and a 13 written over it. With a veteran discount, I'll get $13 off a $131 service anyway (as long as the next guy doesn't forget), so that's not really all that helpful.

Fast and friendly service. Jon was awesome and checked everything during my oil change. Could not be more satisfied! Would recommend to anyone!!

Very professional and quick. Emissions test was $26 with tax and easy as can be. You stay in your vehicle and they do what they need to do. One of the best places to go especially since they are so quick. Glad they were able to get it done for me.

Really really great work done by Jonasson and the team. Could not have been more pleased with the process of my oil change. I do have once complaint. I went in for an oil change and emissions test. My vehicles engine light was on, and I failed the test. I didn’t know at the time, but when I went to another garage they told me that it is a guarantee fail and I shouldn’t have even tested the vehicle in the first place. So I can’t help but feel like I gave 25 bucks away for nothing.

Apparently, they installed the oil filter with 2 gaskets, resulting in oil being sprayed out around the engine. They attempted to "wash" the area, which of course didn't work. When I went back, they did a quick, slipshod cleanup, while acting like they were doing me a big favor. TERRIBLE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
