Firestone Complete Auto Care

I am happy to have our car repair completed. It took way too long. I believe, we left our vehicle all day, then by the end of the day. The parts were wrong, finally completed it the next day. So be careful and ask specific questions. But, overall it was, "okay". I expected better from a national chain.

Nate the service manager was great. Anthoney was very helpful too. Had an appointment for tire balance. I forgot about adding wheel alignment to my appointment. They were able to add it today as well. Treated their customers nicely. Had an lady come in while there that had received a flat tire. However, they told her they could squeeze her in despite their already booked and busy schedule. Not only that the service manager was nice enough to also buy me a breakfast burrito lol. This is a first for me and really appreciate Nate going above and beyond for his customers. I used to be in the auto industry so I know how important people look at customer service. I just wish there were more people like the guys you have here. Don't lose them!

Everyone was extremely helpful. I’m horrible with names but we dealt with a gentleman and a woman in the front while we were there. They were both professional and personable. Our appointment time was honored and even when they estimated a time frame, it was pretty spot on. We even got out of there a little early. I know this especially speaks volume during balloon week in Albuquerque! So I appreciate it! The ease has been amazing. I’m glad all of my tires are purchased from Firestone as this is the second time after traveling from Oklahoma that we’ve had to get in for a service out of state. Our service was free because of our warranty.

GREAT JOB YESTERDAY! I came in to get a burned-out headlight bulb replaced and was given an estimate and amount of time for the repair. They removed the bulb and then ordered the new one. I left to go home, and a few hours later they called to say they had the bulb, and I returned to have it installed. Total time there for both visits was less than 30 minutes, and because the Labor involved was far less than they expected, they reduced the bill, and the cost was about half the original estimate. THANKS FOR THE TERRIFIC SERVICE AND FAIR TREATMENT!!!

I just wanted to express how wonderful my experience was at this Firestone location. Over the years in Albuquerque I have visited several tire shop locations and maintenance places but Nate, the service manager today surpassed all expectations. He was friendly, knowledgeable. He understood what my questions were and answered them very thoroughly. His demeanor was very kind and I could tell that he was genuinely listening to my concerns. Plus being a lady I feel like a lot of people talk around us and I feel like he was being super fair. I will be informing all my friends and family including coworkers that this Firestone location is the place to go and Nate is the man to ask for. Thank you, Firestone.

I always have a great experience every time I go into Firestone. I call and make an appointment and they start on time and finish on time. The service writer Jessica is always very friendly and knowledgeable . I usually never write recommendations but Firestone go above and beyond for me with my vehicles and that deserves to be recognized. I will always continue to go to Firestone because I trust the work they do. Thank you to the employees at Firestone you make a great team. JB

Tim S. was extremely helpful in my quest for tires. He made sure I was able to get something i could afford while still being decent, he also made sure they were delivered in a timely fashion, and were installed correctly. I had three bad tires so Tim and Firestone really saved my day! Thank you!

Super fast and friendly service. Knows how to take care of the Albuquerque neighborhood people. Nate was wonderful. Explained everything thoroughly was super friendly and made me feel like he truly cared about my tires and my safety. I wish more stores had a nate.

Just had to give a quick shout-out to Jessica, the manager at the Firestone on Juan Tabo and Montgomery! She was absolutely awesome! From the moment I spoke with her, she had this friendly vibe that made everything feel super easy. Jess listened to my concerns and genuinely wanted to help. Very friendly vibes for sure! She took the time to explain the options and gave some great advice, which I really appreciated. Plus, the whole team was on point and made the whole process quick and hassle-free.
