Jiffy Lube

My Toyota Corolla has right at 500,000 miles and has never broken down once. I partly attribute this to frequent oil changes at Jiffy Lube. Good staff. Not too bad wait times. And great popcorn has kept me coming back.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The service was quick. The issues that I had were: my car went in without an oil leak, and came out of there with one. They also didn’t reset the oil life on my car, but put on the invoice that they did. Addendum to earlier post: I was able to return to get the issues fixed. They noticed that the oil filter was recalled and replaced it with no problem. They were kind and professional throughout

Service was between Great to Outstanding. In addition to the oil change check out under the hood they offered to etch and put security paint on my on my catalytic converter. The 3 young men I encountered were through, quick and left my car clean.

I arrived at 1:00 on a Monday for a high mileage oil change. There was a coupon on the website for $27 off (always check the website for coupons), this made the service an affordable $55. I was quoted a possible 40 minute wait, but was back in my car in twenty minutes. Friendly staff and comfortable waiting area with a soda fountain machine and popcorn. 10/10 will go back.

Mike and his crew did an amazing job of making my visit to jiffy lube pleasant, informative and fast. I wish more of my vehicles maintenance services were done this well. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Just fyi: This crew rocks! May I add that everyone I encountered was nice, polite and very gentlemanly ( escorted/ opened my door and wished me a lovely day) a very rare find these days. Keep up the great services guys!

I stopped to get an oil change and tire rotation. Mike and his staff were polite and worked efficiently. I plan to bring my Buick in for refrigerant for the air conditioner soon. There is a Jiffy Lube by my house, I prefer to have Mike & his team to take care of it.

I appreciated the fact that they did not try to sell me something I did not need and were able to let me know their limitations. Matt (I think that was his name) was very helpful and honest with me. At a time when people are always trying to scam you, I appreciated the honesty.

Quick as always. Mage sure I knew the cost to be expected and did a nice wipe down after completing the work. Oil change and emissions test took about 20 minutes.

Always get good service at Jiffy Lube - I live very close by, and forgot my cell phone at their front desk. AND GOD BLESS THEM - they brought my phone directly to my house and returned. Excellent character - above and beyond the call of duty.
