Courteous, exceptional service, all questions answered, good price for oil change. Multi point inspection revealed that radiator overflow needed a little top off. No leaks found. Top off was free of charge (my car is 4 years old, first time for top off). Windshield wipers replacement was advised (I already realized this before appointment). They offered to replace them, and then said alternatively, that I could purchase my own elsewhere, return to Mango, and they would install them free of charge. I feel confident that my car is well taken care of. Oil change coupon was honored. Work was performed in a timely manner, as described by office personnel. Free ride home (and return to facility) during wait time was offered. I decided to wait in office. Seating area was pleasant, free coffee and snack were offered, and available. AAA approved facility. (Morris Street and Comanche in Albuquerque, NM). Thank you everyone at Mango! I appreciate you, you’ve earned my trust, and will return for my next car service/repair!

Update: While it doesn't change my experience I was contacted by the manager of this Mango location and I could tell that they wanted to make it right. I'm glad to see that they care about their reviews and actually listen to people's concerns. While I can't justify a 5-star review due to my previous experience I will change it to 4 for the great customer service. This will be the last time I go to Mango. I've been a loyal customer for two years but this was just such a terrible experience. I took my car in for an oil change and to check my wipers as fluid wasn't coming out, I didn't get my car until the next day. They couldn't find the issue with my wipers so they wanted to charge me 170 dollars to FIND the problem and they wanted 300 dollars to change my brake fluid (the average is 150). Wanna know the kicker? MY WIPERS WERE WORKING WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR. This just tells me that they didn't even check them and I honestly can't justify these prices and plain dishonesty. The people up front were pleasant and were the only bright spot in this experience. Save your money and go to a local place.

I'm always very skeptical of automative care costs and the transparency of shops, but at Mango, I felt they communicated well throughout the process of inspecting my vehicle and made honest recommendations based on what they believed needed repair or service. They were efficient, kind, and made what is usually a stressful endeavor very painless! I believe their costs are fair, and the quality of the work is great. My vehicle was running wonderfully after I picked it up. I had my Tacoma tuned up with all new spark plugs and a transmission service done, as well.

I am pleased with the service I received. The staff was professional, courteous, and responsive. I received pictures of the repairs needed and the cost. Likewise, I received pictures of the completed repairs. I have had negative experiences with mechanic shops here in El Paso, but the service at Mango Automotive was attentive, honest and straightforward. I recommend them and will continue to use their services.

The service that I received at Mango Automotive was superior and they definitely deserve the 5 stars I am giving them! From the first phone call to them, scheduling the service I needed, to having the work done, and even getting a ride to work and picked up at the end of the day… all of the staff were great! The work I had done was costly, but still much less than quoted at the dealership. They checked in with me and were clear with what the cost would be and I was able to agree or not. There were no surprises. Mango Automotive is a trustworthy business and I feel that I, and my Jeep, received great service! I am going on a long cross-country trip and I feel confident and can trust that my Jeep is in good shape! I would highly recommend Mango Automotive!!

I had an excellent experience at Mango Automotive From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They took the time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle and provided a thorough inspection. The mechanics are incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, which gave me confidence in their recommendations. They didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciated. The turnaround time was impressive, and my car is running better than ever! I appreciate that the entire repair was completed in a single afternoon. The check engine light had been on for awhile, and I needed to get the emissions checked before I register the car at the end of the month. I will swing back by on my way to the emission testing station after I have driven the car 50 miles. Thanks again for your assistance in repairing my vehicle.

The Mango staff provided good communication, pricing, and timely service. We had an unexpected vehicle emergency and as small business owners our vehicle(s) are absolutely essential to keeping business going. My first experience with Mango automotive in the Northeast heights was terrific. They expeditiously diagnosed and fixed my Subaru. the staff was polite and helpful. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend them.
